THIS STORY IS NOT A SPIN-OFF OR RELATED TO PRETTY LITTLE LIARS. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED THAT SHOW, IT'S JUST A COINCIDENCE THAT MY I AM USING LUCY HALE AS MY MAIN CHARACTER AND THIS IS A TEACHER/STUDENT RELATIONSHIP.
ALL OF MY WORK IS PURELY FICTIONAL. THIS MAY BE SIMILAR TO OTHER STORIES BUT THAT AGAIN IS PURELY COINCIDENTAL. AGAIN THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION SO I WRITE WHAT I WANT TO HAPPEN. IT MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE BUT THIS IS BASED ON ME. IF I WANTED THIS TO BE CLOSE TO REALITY THEN MY TWO CHARACTERS WILL NEVER EVER END UP TOGETHER.
Obvioulsy i am new here and so is this story (duh). As you can tell, this is a student- teacher relationship story so it's basically illegal. No vampires or wolves because that isn't my thing.
Excuse my poor spelling and grammar and my poor writing skills. :))

“A salted caramel mocha frappuccino and a breakfast sandwich.”
“That’ll be $7.” The cashier rang the cash registered up with a small smile. “Here or for takeout?”
“Here” I responded with a dry smile. Are they paid to smile or was just their mood?
The cashier quickly passed my order slip to the waitresses. I proceeded to an empty seat, pulling a book from my bag. It was about eight in the morning and people would be scurrying to their works by now, especially those who overslept.
I looked around the area before I opened my book. I was new here and I needed to absorb the places in my head. I wouldn’t want to be lost. I started reading for about a good four minutes before my order arrived. The waiter placed it on the table in front of me, flashing what I must admit was a charming smile. I smiled back as he continued his work.
This is what I like in here, peace and quiet except for soft noises of people talking.
“He has a girlfriend? Bummer, what a shame. I’m in Starbucks right now.” A shrill voice suddenly filled the place as every customer including myself glanced at the entrance to get a peek of the speaker. It was a girl about three inches shorter than me wearing super short shorts that barely covered her tiny little ass and a tank top that showed half of her brightly colored bra. She was with a guy, taller than me and obviously taller than the high pitched girl.
They went to the cashier and the girl sat in front of my table where she continued chatting to her unknown friend with probably his boyfriend. Other customers were giving glares at the girl for talking loud like the person she was talking to was deaf while his boyfriend, which happens to be very handsome, sent out apologetic smiles to everyone, including me when I glared at her. Her back was facing and his boy friend I got a clear view of.
I had the sudden urge to roll my eyes, and I did. After what seemed like hours- it was actually a minute, the girl finally ended her call. I took a bite out of my sandwich and a few sips of my drink before the girl yet again started talking and this time it was to her boyfriend.
“I have a girl friend.” The guy said, boredom showing on his face.
“And that’s me.” The girl continued his sentence.
“You are just a fling. I have a girl friend and definitely it’s not you.” Whoa, straight to the point unknown man.
“Prove it. Call her or better yet, let her come here.”
“What if I don’t want to?”
“Because you don’t have one. If she doesn’t show up in ten minutes, I’m officially your girl friend.”
“Fine.”
“I bet you don’t have one. Your flings won’t probably come here if you called them, if you even have their numbers.”
After she said those words, I saw the guy’s face looked shock and somewhat desperate. Like he was thinking she was right and he was stupid. Points for the girl!
I continued devouring my sandwich until it was finished. I took a glance at my phone. He had only about four minutes left and he didn’t even make a single call. This was better than television, seeing the guy’s face becoming more and more desperate.
He looked around the area, most likely searching for a girl he knows. I gave a light chuckle. Most of the girls here were either too old or working. Then his eyes landed on me, pleading for help. I replied with a smug smirk. I sighed. Why did I have to be such a nice person?
I stood up with my drink on my right hand and my book and my bag on my left before advancing on their table.
“I’m his girlfriend.”
“Yeah right.” The girl rolled her eyes. “You’ve been here even before we came. It’s not you.”
“It’s me sweety.” I replied in a sweet voice. I got to give her props though for being smart, she knew I here before them. Not bad.
“Margo, she’s my girl friend.” The guy said casually. What luck did he have today.
“It’s Margie!” the girl stood up frustrated. “You can’t even remember my name now?”
“I never did and as I said, you were just a fling.” The guy responded coolly.
“Go to hell. Both of you.” The girl gritted her teeth as she spoke them.
“If I will, you’ll see me there and we wouldn’t want that now will we?” I responded innocently. I glanced down to see the guy holding his laughter. “I’m fine going to hell though, as long as you are not there.”
The girl’s face became red as she stormed out of Starbucks. I rolled my eyes and went back to my seat before a hand on my arm stopped me.
I turned and found the guy smiling at me. “Thanks for saving my ass and great comeback by the way.”
I pulled my arm out of his grasp. “You just got lucky buddy. Where’d you even find her?”
“Jealous?”
“You wish.” I scoffed at him. We just met heck we don’t even know each other’s names and he’s already being conceited? “She clung on you or did you cling on her?”
“She clung on me.” I was actually surprised he didn’t add a duh in the end. “Easy come easy go.”
“Yeah sure. She clung on you.” I rolled my eyes again. That was like the third or fourth time today!
“She was from my friend’s book. I didn’t know she was desperate.” He chuckled.
“Like you weren’t”
“Can I know your name perhaps my savior?” he ignored my comment. Terrific.
“Why?” I raised a brow, another smirk forming in my face. “Haven’t got it in your friend’s little book?”
I placed a couple of bills on my table for tip and pushed a couple more towards the guy’s chest. “A little tip for your performance. Your little scene there was interesting, especially when you started to look desperate.”
With another smug smirk I left Starbucks with the handsome man’s jaw dropped. I was serious though, that scene was quite interesting per se.
