Don't stop Believin' - Journey

"What?" Jay asks as he runs his hands through his dirty blonde hair. "When did you find this out?" He questions me as he paces back and forward, clearly unhappy.

I answer his question.

"Today, just when I was with Rose and Aidon." Jay looks at me strangely, "they're Hunter's parents." I explain and his face straightens.

I swallow hard and try to ignore the pounding sore head I have.

"Hey, you okay?" Jay asks as he wraps his arms around me and gives a large hug. I can't help the soft sigh that escapes my lips as he makes contact with me. He makes me feel all warm and safe.

"You still haven't fully mated yet have you." Jay asks me worryingly, steadying me on my feet.  "Have you noticed any changes with Hunter since you've been back?" He asks, giving me some space. He now takes the time to notice I am still in my Pyjamas and my pink fluffy slippers are ringing with water.

"Hard to notice any changes with someone when you don't remember them." I corrected him, rolling my eyes at his stupidness. Without any hesitation he picked me up and threw me on his back, and I'm not talking the 'bridal' style or the 'chuckled over the shoulders' kinda thing. He was literally giving me a piggy back.

"Jay I think you may realise that you might struggle to carry me as number one, you are literally Skin and bone." I stopped for a breath. Ranting was exhausting, although very pleasing.

"Number three," I began before being rudely interrupted by Jay.

"You're on number two...." He laughed, "I spent the last five years locked up and even I seem to be more educated than you." He chuckled to himself. "But then, you never met my father...." Jay mumbled to himself, not realising I could hear him.

Jay managed to find the large rock which I would regularly come to by myself or with Em. I couldn't help the feeling at the back of my head that screams that I'd been here with someone else - that it was special for some reason.

Jay cleared a section of the snow off of the rock and sat me down, jumping beside me and flashing me a smile. I was surprised at how little the cold affected me now. My weakness seemed to have made me stronger, at least that was a positive.

I sat and thought. The silence was comforting.

I remembered how I was going 'home'. That I was going to meet the only biological family I had and they wouldn't be able to communicate with me. I'd never get to see my father as the great king he was said to be.

It was Catori's fault. She killed my mother. She destroyed my father. She murdered my best friend. She ruined my other best friend. She had caused so much fear into so many lives. Killed so many people....She killed Me....

She had beaten me before, and she could very easily do it again if she wanted. I didn't stand a chance, I was never going to be safe.

The young girl with the dirty blond hair made her way towards us and flashed a smile. Making her way over and giving me a hug, she was so young and innocent - something she could've lost if I hadn't saved her.

She squished in beside Jay and I, sticking her tongue out at him as she had pushed him slightly further away from me. Jay smiled and shook his head, facing her and snarking at her quickly with his white teeth.

She jumped about three feet into the air and then clung onto me before laughing. Jay joined in.

I took the time to then ask the young girl her name. Smiling at her and being as polite as I possibly could. She looked hurt as I asked her, and wrapped her arms around my waist.

Her response cut me deep.

"I don't have a name....." She seemed to cry. I looked over to Jay who was looking with the same amount I concern as me.

He smiled lightly at her, taking her tiny pale hand in his. "We need to give you one don't we?" He looked up at me and I nodded, flashing him a sincere smile.

"What would you like to be named?" I asked, seemingly catching her off-guard as she shrugged her shoulders in response.

An idea hit me, I don't know where it came from but I knew that it was perfect for her.

"Hey", I smiled at her." What about Saorsa?"

Jay titled his head slightly at the strange name and couldn't help but release a small grin. The young girls face completely lit up as she hugged me and ran on her way back to the fire.

"Cute name." Jay seemed to mock, grinning at me as if he knew something I didn't. I narrowed my eyebrows at him and watched his reaction. He was trying to annoy me on purpose.

"I'm guessing you have no idea what it means?" He laughing, acting like his usual cocky self. I shook my head at him, I didn't know what it meant. Jay looked up at me and smiled.

"Saorsa means freedom In the Ferolc Language."

This chapter is so random and could literally be a stand-alone chapter but I felt that Saorsa (pronounced saw-r-sa) needed to be given A name and introduced, she will be getting her own book!

Fun fact, Saorsa actually means freedom in Scottish Gaelic, everyone strange word you see is actually Gaelic!

Here are my ideas :

1. Hunter and Cece
2. Jay and his second chance mate. (Either a female Alpha or Em. Still haven't made up my mind yet)
3. Saorsa's story and her mate. (We still have a revel about Saorsa coming up)
4. Prequel to Darkfall, Cecilinda And Emmalines story's

This is all I have come up with at the moment, but if you would be interested them than please let me know. None of them would be stand-alone books, Hunter and Cece would be in all of them, it would just be from someone else's POV.

Last question - which would you rather was done first out of the three above?
Let me know!!
