but she stills thinks about you
and wishes to be on your mind

she's aware that it's impossible
because you don't see the appeal
of romance (even with her)
so she keeps her thoughts quiet
tiptoeing around you cautiously
can't risk breaking a friendship that took
an eternity to mold to be unbreakable
but the feelings are bubbling
emotions about to burst out suddenly
and it's hard to keep them encased
but she'll do it for you, darling
this is a one-sided love
and it's tearing her apart
but she knows it's only fake (probably)
so she'll hold those feelings tight as long as she can
