Everyone needs a break here and then from a different variety of things.
Stress. Peer pressure. Heart break. Fall outs. Arguments. Drama. School.
There's only a certain amount of situations that your brain can handle.
If you try to deal with it all then you won't be able to handle it all and you'll just snap.
So whether you put away your laptop, turn off the TV or switch off your phone, it'll lift a lot of weight off your shoulders.
Take a break from everything. Even if it's for a few hours, a day or for the weekend. Even if the break is really short you'll still feel a hell lot more relaxed than before.
