It's not a bad thing to let out your anger.
It's just the manner in which you let it out in that can be a problem.
Do something that will require you using up your energy.
For example, working out, swimming, hitting a punching bag, dancing or singing your heart out etc.
Do anything, just as long as you don't end up taking your anger out on other people.
Bottling up your anger can be dangerous for you...and for the people around you.
