"Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover"

It's quite weird how your feelings and thoughts towards someone can change so quickly.

At first you might find a person not worth looking at twice because there are certain things that stand out about their appearance that you immediately dislike.

For example, you might see a person that looks and acts like a punk. Instantly you just dislike them. You find their spikey hair weird and you just think that they're trouble.

But then when you look closely at them and observe them more, certain things about them stand out more than their punk hair.

I admit this is how I felt about a person. I don't know the person personally but he's quite well known (let's just say he's in a band and they have a worldwide fandom).

I disliked him at first because of his punk hair. As soon as I saw that I instantly didn't like him. (I'm not saying I hate punks btw).

But then I realised I was judging him by his cover so I took a closer look at him and other things stood out.

Like how his smile and eyes are full of innocence. He's a nuisance but he's innocent. He's also super sweet to his fans and he always listens to them. Everyone prefers another member in his band more than him because they don't like the way that he looks yet he doesn't show that it affects him.

I always say "don't judge a book by it's cover" yet that's exactly what I did but luckily I snapped out of it.

And now I see him for who he really is and honestly, I don't dislike him anymore.

I could carry on and say a lot more stuff about him but I'll just shut up now :)
