Ever since I was little I was always alone.
My father was the beta of an average sized pack so he was almost always gone. But when he was home he was pissy. And my mom-- she was always drunk so about a year ago my dad left her, his mate, but I still think there were other reasons. I'm almost always alone in the house, but sometimes dad brings me to some meetings with the alpha.
The alpha, Alpha Jackson, is 49 he is very, very, very-overly protective of his pack, more than any other alpha. No one knows why he is so protective but we all know he has his reasons. Plus we are not to question the alpha. To be honest for an alpha he looks way older than other alphas his age.
I have one sibling and it had to be a brother. He is two years older than I am but he is still overly protective of me. His name is Maximus but everyone calls him Max, sometimes I call him Maximus just to annoy him.
When I was little I had always wanted a mate, but my father always said: "You are never going to have a mate. No one would ever accept you, they all would reject you." Every time he would say that I would start crying and run to my room and stay there the rest of the day. Sometimes dad would come after me, barge in and beat me with his belt. So now I've gotten over it and now I WANT to be alone, and to never have a mate.
Now, next week all wolves, that don't already have a mate, in between the age of 17-20 must gather in the main city for The Choosing. The choosing is where we are to fine our mates and this year I've been hearing that there are going to be seven alphas this year normally there are only two or three. I see no point in having a mate they are just there to fulfill their "needs". I went last year and there were males all over other females but I didn't find my mate, which is a good thing.
I have lighter brown hair and dark blue eyes. I'm five feet nine inches, so I'm about average height, but I'm really skinny cause I hardly eat, the one thing I have are my muscles, since my father takes Max and I out to train every Sunday and Wednesday.
My wolf is beautiful she is white with a black tail and black tipped ears, but my eyes are a very bright blue. My wolf is bigger than average she-wolves. I'm almost as big as my father, and I'm proud of that. Sadly my father says that I have to hide my wolf, though, I'm not really sure why.
