Chapter 20: Sophie is bad again *cough*

  Sophie was in the good castle, with a few spells she had gotten herself inside the rose gold marble floors of the girls charity tower. Storming, looking for Callis. No one was supposed to know! Storming the stairs, she found the dorms, circling around a large pit with a dome, quickly running into the inside dome where dozens of first year princesses gathered in their silk pajamas, jumping at the sound of the dean, eyes crazed and hair dripping onto her robe with feathers and fur lining the robe.
Girls ran around, towards the back of the small glass dome, tripping on pillows and hiding behind couches.
"Mom?" Vanessa stood from a lump of pink and blue silk striped pajamas, which turned out to be princesses hiding from the dean of evil. A few princesses had hair brushes ready to throw, the peculiar group of girls around Vanessa clutched beauty tools to their chests. Vanessa glanced at a petite girl with an almost white bob of hair whom was grasping to V's leg with a petrified face. Conventina lurched forward and pulled the white haired girl to her chest in a frenzy of arms, legs and protection.
"Vee..?" Sophie questioned, stepping forward. Her mud and dirt covered fuzzy pink and feather laced robe trailed across the satin pillows as she got closer to her daughter once more. A smile plastered her face, girls shrieked and jumped as she moved, a real villain in front of them. Some of the girls had heard the Sophie and Agatha stories their mothers taught them what a villain Sophie was, while others had always found her "fabulous". No, she was a true villain. Dark as the night sky, selfie, mean and manipulative.
Vanessa nodded, hope dancing in her sapphire blue eyes. "Yea mom" Vanessa tread carefully. Sophie had been in a mood and recent stories about her bounced all around the school. "She threw a plate", "Destroyed a wall", "Forced everyone to shower TWICE" and the worst, "Destroyed the cucumbers"
"Oh my little honey Vee! I'm so sorry Dovey is keeping you here.. And lying to you, and making up these grades." Sophie cooed leaning into her daughter in a small hug, Vanessa smiled leaning in, face washed in confusion.
"I'm sure it's awful" She spoke warmly, curling a painted finger around her daughters blonde locks, the girls staring up, glancing to each other in worry.
"Actually V loves it here!" Coventina responded looking up from her friend Ivory, the white haired girl with the bob. Coventina was one of the braver girls and had recently stepped down as queen bee of the school, handing her crown to Vanessa
Sophie let go of Vanessa, stepping backwards, hand on her shoulder. Her eyes darting between the descendant of Ariel and her daughter.
"You are?" Sophie asked, eyes large. Her hands dropped from her daughter's shoulder.
Vanessa gave a shy nod, eyes on the ground.
"So.. you ARE in the right school?" Sophie scoffed, spinning, back facing her daughter. She took a deep breath or two before turning, where Vanessa had helped the other girls escape the dome of glass.
"Wait! Wheres Callis!?" Sophie sulked looking around.
