Ohhh this one *shakes head*

Every time I hear that word I think about Ice Age. The part where Sid is talking to Manny about Diego.

"It starts with a 'l' and ends with an 'e'."

"Oo lice."

Okay, that's not my point. But why do every character say they L-O-V-E each other so much? Ugh! I literally want to rip my hair out, punch a wall and throw my phone across the room! (Believe me I've done it at school)

"I love you Emily."

"I love you too, Justin."

It's thrown around like free candy.

Once, my best friend went out with a guy. She didn't tell me much about them, in fact she shut me completely out. She thought that I would judge her. I understand it now, because I am a very straightforward person. I would give her my opinion, but never make fun of her.

To get to the point, she used to text him 'I love you'. That was until I gave her a speech about how much that word means. I feel guilty, but she needed to hear that. You don't just say it because he texted you it first. You have to mean it.

They knew each other for a month then they went out for a few weeks and broke up. (They didn't even go out for a month)

She was very sorry for ignoring me, but I was her shoulder to lean on when he broke her heart. She said that she's glad that it did happen to her, so she can learn from it.

Okay, I'm going off point again. So what I'm trying to say is that you also don't have to rush these words. In fact, actions speaks louder than words. You don't have to say you love that person, you have to really mean it.

One of my books that I wrote, the characters didn't say it to each other. I just cut it out, because it wasn't needed. They knew they loved each other without them realizing it.

I say minimize the times they say it to each other. It's not needed. Only when it's a really special moment.
