Okay, thank you all for commenting on the previous chapter! (And you can still comment if you want, I'll add it to the list) I was thinking for this chapter, we write romantic scenes we actually want to read. So if there is anything you would want to recommend to writers please comment. >>

Any scene that gives you butterflies, makes your heart pound, makes you blush, puts a weight on your chest whatever you find adorable and pure.

You readers are the writers' inspiration. I mean why would anyone want to write a book if no one is going to read it?

This somehow reminded me of my character called Akrim (weird name, I know, but his full one is even weirder). They're currently in a massive war-torn country and he swears to protect her and bring her to his home-country called Afros. One time, Mara (the heroine) is crying about her dead brother who the General (not Akrim) couldn't save. Then, Akrim was like, "It's alright. You can cry. I will hold you."AND HE DID, THEN I, THE AUTHOR, PROCEEDED TO FREAK OUT AND FANGIRL. Throughout the book, he's just so understanding and kind, he very rarely gets mad, but if he is, he'll still be as courteous as one could be. Ooh, and their first kiss! It gave me more than butterflies. It gave me MOTHS. It was this: "My heart was pounding faster and faster as he leaned over. A tiny strand of hair fell in front of my face, but it was swept out of the way and tucked behind my ear with a swift slide of his thumb. His lips softly kissed mine, and his fingers held me together like perfect puzzle pieces."When I tell you I flipped out of my chair from excitement and happiness. Sorry if this is a little overboard for a reply, but I've always wanted to answer a question like this! Bye bye!

I believe that wholesome love is underrated. Take this idea of two people who are in a position where they can do anything they want because they are expected to be responsible adults-- and yet, they pick something that is both mundane, and childishly wholesome. Strip the romance of all of the tragedy, the appearance, the sex, and the quirks of their personality-- you are left with the primal necessity of a social animal, who wants to be in company. To one humanizing factor in all of it, is that you still picked that one person to hold on to for comfort.

How about any scene where the guy is on the verge of a breakdown, and the gal is comforting him without even questioning his manliness because she knows how deep into despair he is, and how hopeless he feels.

When your partner remembers the small things about you like if you like onions in your sandwich and how you like watches more than bracelets.

Whenever the guy or girl says i'll wait for you, I always will. I find that so sweet bc it shows how much they care for each other.

For me it would be a scene where either of the couple is breaking down and their significant other is comforting them with hugs and forehead kisses. I love these types of scenes

Wholesome love.
