After my morning classes, I went to lunch with Helene and Haven. Despite the fact that me and Helene don't always see eye to eye, she's still good at making someone laugh or making an evil scheme, which will help me get that wand if I want to please dad, well, more importantly, get Skye out of the Den of Shame. "Listen, all you gotta do is sneak in, and take it." Helene explained to me and I scoffed. "You say that like it's the easiest thing in the world. What happens when if there's traps or an alarm???" I question, naming every possibility there could be of NOT getting that wand in my head. Helene shrugs. "Well you're on you're own then." I glared at her, of course she was unfazed. My glare never seemed to work on her. "So, where should we sit?" Haven questioned, turning to me. As I was about to speak, I was interrupted. "So, you're the new kid from Isle? Oh, just so you know, your status doesn't matter here." A girl with brown hair and wearing a pink dress with frills and a blue belt explained smiling at me sweetly. "Excuse me?" I challenge with an eyebrow raised. "You heard me. You're no longer a princess as long as you're here." "And who are you to tell me that?" "I'm Audrey. Prince Phillip and Princess Aurora's daughter." She replied like it was some badge of honor. "Who?" I question and almost everyone around me gasped. What? I grew up on the Isle, not like I'd know who she, or her parents are. "What did I expect from a villain kid. 'Princess of the Pridelands'. Don't make me laugh. After all that title only belongs to-" "Leave them alone, Audrey!" Everyone gasped again and turned to the entrance of the cafeteria to see a girl with light tan skin and a blonde short curly hair. "Seriously, Nama? She's a VK!" Audrey tried to get the girl, Nama, on her side, but she looked uninterested. She turned to her from looking down at her white nails. "So?" Everyone gasped again and Audrey stormed off. Nama then came up to me, Helene and Haven. "So you're the new VK? My name's Nama, as you know already," she then abruptly turned to make everyone stop staring and turned back to me with a small smile, "come on, you can sit with me and my friends." Nama explained, directing us to a long table in the back of the cafeteria. I wouldn't know it then, but the kids that sat at that table that day and the others that came after would become my best friends. "That was impressive." A girl with black eyes, a polka dot dress, mouse ears and straight, short black hair praised as Nama curtsied. "Thank you, thank you! I'm here all week! Anyway, this is Sylvia everyone. Sylvia, this is Minetta." Nama explained me the names of all her friends. The girl with the polka dot and black eyes was Minetta, Mickey and Minnie Mouse's eldest daughter, who gave me a warm smile, she sat in the middle of the table. Right next to her, was her older brother, Mick who had short black hair, black eyes and mouse ears, on her left. Minetta's younger sister, Molly, was on her right, with purple eyes and long black hair and mouse ears of course. They were Mickey and Minnie Mouse's children. Right beside them, with a space in the middle for Nama, were Nama's brothers, Chaka, the eldest and the one that wasn't very keen about me joining the table, and Shani, the youngest sibling of Kiara and Kovu, who was more keen of my presence. Leaning up against a wall on the right was Elliot Pan, who was Peter Pan's adopted son, was wearing green and black, with one ear bud in his left ear. He was clearly listening to something as he gave me a small wave and bopped his head to the music. Sitting right below him was Droplet Bell, Tinker Bell's adopted daughter (though they act like sisters according to Nama) who had brown curly hair in a ponytail instead of blond and the same style as her mother. Right near the middle on the other side of the table was the daughter of Snow White, Sage White who had short black hair and a stylish version of her mother's outfit. She gave me a small smile and a wave, offering me to sit down next to her. So I did. I looked around and noticed the amount of people at the table was smaller than the actual table. Nama explained that there was no other room and people didn't want to come near the table when Helene and Haven were around. "So, you like your classes so far?" I heard Sage's sweet voice fill my ears and I turned and blinked at her in surprise. How could she ask me such a question so casually?! I've only been here a day and am a VK. "Uhh... they're going... good." I explain nervously with tinted cheeks. What in the name of Hades is happening to me?! Why am I nervous and blushing?! Have I really changed that much in just being here for a couple of hours? I saw out of the corner of my eye, I saw Haven whisper something to Elliot, who share a glance with Nama and Minetta, as Helene rolled her eyes at them. "Ok. That's good!" Sage said cheerfully, snapping me back to reality, as she continued to eat. 🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁 After lunch, Helene, Haven and I walked to our classes. "Soo... what do you think of Sage?" Haven asked casually with a beaming smile. "She's nice, I guess." I answered cooly. Helene rolled her eyes and sighed dramatically. "Will you stop asking her?! She's doesn't like Sage!!" Helene spat, looking like she was about to rip her own hair out. "Well what did you think of everyone else?" "They're... nice." They both have me a look. "What?" I questioned stopping dead in my tracks. "Nothing. It's just, we think you've warmed up to them already." I laughed and shook my head. "Please! I'm only after the wand. I'm not here to make friends." I explained proudly. "Ok. If you say so." Helene replied not looking convinced, and then we parted ways. Her statement kept playing in my mind all day. Was Helene right?
Hello! Good morning ladies and gents! Well, for me anyway, as it's 11 am! The next chapter will be Sylvia trying to get the wand, and then the actual plot will begin ;) Yes, you heard me correctly, er... saw the text correctly? *sighs* Moving on. Sylvia trying to get the wand is just a build up to the actual plot where she'll have to defeat an old rival. Wait... am I just making a copy of Descendants 2? I have a slight fear that I am.
