After school ended I was walking towards my car; I saw her. She was sitting down on the bench with a sketch pad on her lap and a pencil in the other, she was hard at work. I took a deep breath and found the courage to speak to her. I don't know why I have this need to speak to her, I didn't even know her name.

"Hi," I say, she ignores me, "My name is Helios" again, ignored. I noticed she had her headphones in, she looks at my feet and then looks up, she doesn't say anything but stares at me, kinda giving me a 'what the hell do you want' look. I was so not used to girls not liking me. They usually drop everything to get at least one second of my attention.

"I-I noticed that you were drawing. You must draw a lot" I tell her. She takes out her headphones.

"What do you want?" she says

"I just wanted to talk" I answer, I look down at her notebook and saw her name 'Selene' uh? That was different.

"Well, I don't want to talk to you" she stands up and grabs her stuff

"I know you're the graffiti artist" I blur her, she looks up at me and the same look of fear appeared in her eyes like on the night I caught her.

"Fine. Are you going to turn me in? Or are you going to blackmail me?" she bluntly said. I thought she would be a nicer person. Looks like I was wrong.

"No, I just wanted to talk," I said

"Look, just leave me alone" she stands up again but due to her limp on her leg and the fact that my foot was in the way she trips and falls. I look down at her and give out my hand

"Well, isn't this a deja vu" I laugh. She denies my hand to stand up.

"Funny" she rolls her eyes.

"What are you doing out here? School ended 30 minutes ago" I ask her

"My aunt was supposed to pick me up" she answers

"Do you want a ride?" I wait for her response

"No," she says

"Come on. I don't bite, let me take you home" she shook her head, "It's going to rain you know. Might as well take this offer. Look I'll make you a deal. I won't blackmail you" I say.

"Ugh. Fine" she started walking to the car. As we were driving to her house a thunderstorm started to creep up on us.

"So, Selene... you like art?" she rolled her eyes as if I asked her if she liked to breath. "Nice, nice. You're pretty good at it. I don't want to toot my own horn but, I can make a mean stick figure" I awkwardly laughed and looked at her while I was driving.

This was going to be a long drive.
