As they drove off into the night sky to the woods, Eleanor sat down next to Niall. She started noticing a change in him. He had been hanging out with Freddie for a while and he really enjoyed it. Always playing games with him and singing him songs and funky tunes. It was all great fun for Freddie, but for the irish boy as well. Eleanor never thought Niall was so great with kids before. Mostly because she never was near him when he was around a bunch of kids. She never even usually payed a lot of attention to him. She thought that would have pissed Louis off if she was caught flirting with his bandmate. Probably would have made him green with envy over it. No one liked to see Louis mad. He never really got angry that much though. It was a rare occasion for him to have quite a temper. The only time she knew of that made Louis mad, was when he went to go pick up Freddie from Brianna. The funny thing is, Brianna never looked at him. Not once. I guess she wasn't so fond of Louis rejecting her and getting back with Eleanor. And also the fact that Louis was granted full custody of Freddie. They weren't the worlds happiest couple, that's the truth. The fought all the time. Non stop. But Louis knew he had to be strong for his son. Freddie was counting on him.
Niall just had a laugh with the little lad, asking him questions about crazy stuff. Eleanor smiled at him. "He really likes you, Niall," Eleanor commented to him. Niall grinned at her, before turning his head back to the small boy. "You'd be a good dad one day."
"I don't know, El. I'm the least qualified for that position for sure," said the Irish man. He kept doubting himself. He didn't think he was good enough for anything. The only thing that was on his mind, was Louis. He'd do anything to see his best friend again. To even just hear his voice. It all came together when Louis was around. Niall was a true friend to Louis. So were the rest of the boys. And Eleanor saw that in his eyes.
"Niall, I know you miss him. I do too, but taking it all out on yourself won't solve any problems. Don't doubt yourself. From what I've heard, you're pretty good with your nephew."
"Eh, I'm alright. But I'm no father. Not every kid is gonna like me," said Niall.
"Nonsense!" Eleanor blurted out. "I know for a fact, Louis told me that he thinks you'd be one of the best dads ever. He even said you'd be better than him."
"I guess Louis still likes making jokes then," Niall laughed.
Harry, Liam, Niall, Eleanor, and Mark all arrived at the spot where they were before. The woods. All dark and creepy. Harry took out his phone to use as a flashlight. "Alright," he spoke. "Lets go find Louis."
They all entered the forest. Well, not Eleanor. She stayed behind, at the bus to keep Louis' son safe from danger. As they made their way deeper into the rustic forest, the atmosphere began to feel a bit strange. Niall held onto Liam's arm as they all walked through the shrubs and bushes. The middle of the night, and they were in the middle of the woods, trying to find their bandmate before their concert in just 4 hours. Seemed like quite a challenge. But they pressed on. Not giving up on their friend. Just imagine, One Direction traveling into a creepy forest to find their missing member. A bit of an unusual thing, right? Well, in their minds, none of it mattered. They just wanted to find Louis. "How in the hell are we going to find a house in this weird place?" Asked Harry.
"Uh, I'm guessing it's that one," Liam said, pointing to an old, abandoned house in front of them. Yep, it definitely looked like that Cabin In The Woods type house. If anyone would be hiding somewhere, it would be there. They slowly walked up to the front of the house, shaking inside. A sudden spark of worry shot right into their minds. It was like they were afraid to move. Afraid to open the door, fearing the worst. Liam creaked the old wooden door open a slight bit before entering. Pitch black. Well, until Niall found a small light switch on the wall. They scoured the whole house, desperately searching for Louis. When all of a sudden, they heard a noise. It was Louis' voice. They followed it till they found Louis, tired to a chair inside a dark room.
