Wysteria's P.O.V
As I walk up to my apartment door, I think about what happened during the assembly today. Due to some tech problems on the sound on the computer, I had to share a mic with Clarita, which was fine but it was a little hard to sing so that the audience could hear both of us. Not that they cared, they just wanted to get out of the stuffy, humid gym. The worst part was that I couldn't find Kendrick until the very end of the assembly. I couldn't tell if he was happy or just bored.
Whatever. honestly I just want to go home and take a nap. Oh wait, I am home. Oh crap I have a ton of stuff to study for finals. Plus I have to do dishes, clean my room, take a shower... Ugh it just doesn't end. I wish I could just enter a different world and forget everything that's happening. I guess that's what they made books and reality tv for.
I plop my bag down on the floor of my room and land face down on my bed, groaning as I hit my pillow. My face now full of red fluff, I visualize my last week of school, which is basically just tests, sitting and talking to Bluebell at lunch, and stealing glances at Kendrick when I can. I sit up and grab my books for history, math, and science and prop myself up against the wall. The math test will probably be hardest for me since it's a whole semesters worth of learning. History will be pretty easy, and literacy and science are, in my opinion, going to be the easiest to get a good grade on. I sigh as I work on math homework, listening to Sara Bareilles on iheart radio. I bob my head as I look at a difficult geography problem. It's a little hard to concentrate with our noisy neighbors playing their drums and guitar. The worst is on Saturdays when they have friends over.
I just wanna get out of this small town, out of this tiny apartment. And I might actually get my wish in getting out of the apartment. But I won't get my hopes up quite yet. Ah well, better get back to this math homework. I tend to get off topic in case you haven't noticed. My friends are the same way. One minute they're talking about homework and the next thing I know, they're talking about puppies. It's insane how random they can be.
I turn my music up, hoping I can drown out the noise without making myself deaf in the process. "lets hope tomorrow will be better" I say to myself as I readjust on my bed.
A/N: hey everyone! sorry for the late update but my friend and I have been so busy with finals. but we promise we will update more during the summer. and tomorrow is the last day of school so yay! Bye for now lovelies! 😊❤️
