Synopsis: Port Austin, Michigan has a reputation for being the home of the Halloween disappearances. For the past twenty years 12 people disappear on Halloween night. A few weeks to a few months later they reappear, well most of them do. The police have no suspects on who's kidnapping the people.
Halloween has once again come around. The towns citizens try to make the most of it, but everyone's on guard.
