The word "Cinderella" has, by analogy, come to mean one whose attributes were unrecognized. I watch the Cinderella story movies on repeat way too much. I chose the playsuit above but instead of it having a deep v cut at the front I imagined it on the back.

Tessa silently followed the two nutters in front of her. She always wondered how she fit into her friendship with Venice and Leah. They were crazy girls partying every other night. And while Tessa was game it was only on the rare occasion. Like today as they dragged her from her penthouse onto the cold New York streets.

She couldn't really complain. The city was alive as they walked through upper Manhattan. There were people in plenty, looking for a good night out, the odd few were already gone. Street lights paraded across the street, looking like stars in the starless night. She loved it all making it feel like one of her many night strolls she took to clear her head. Except she was freezing her tits off.

She trailed behind them as Venice excitedly yapped about the new club she was so nicely dragging her to. What she would do for a quiet night on the roof nursing a beer and pizza. It didn't help much that all she had on was a light blush play suit that had slits on the arms and a deep v back. She wore her everyday rings on her thumb, index and ring finger on her right hand and her Tiffany diamond studs in her ears.

Her legs were slightly better off, in black knee high boots with the smallest chunky heels. She made no effort with her hair or her makeup. With already having lash extensions she did nothing to her eyes, she dabbed on the tiniest amount of concealer under her eyes and swiped a neutral shade of lipstick. Her chocolate brown hair was straight and fell around her.

She walked along as they reached their destination. She was certain that her jaw was on the floor. The queue went around the end of the block that she couldn't see the end. She was just tugged along as they walked straight up to the bouncers. The people behind whined and groaned. Venice not so subtly struck her thumb up as she talked to the bouncer.

"Hey there little bro."

Venice lightly punched her brother Noah on the arm as he grumbled letting us all in. I smiled and he smiled back before I was blinded.

On of the lights flashed my eye as we entered. The place was gorgeous. A huge circle bar was situated to the right, with endless bottles lining endless shelve reaching towards the ceiling. The dance floor covered the remainder of the floor. Seats were hidden in the shadows surrounding the floor all the way around from end to end of the bar. It was disturbed on the left where to bouncers stood  by stairs that must've led to the VIP area. The VIP area had a oval glass the shadowed over part of the dance floor. It looked huge but it was tinted just enough you could tell out a slight shadow. The color combination worked amazingly it was tasteful. Hues of blood red, black and gold.

Tessa couldn't lie she was well impressed. Feeling herself relax slightly she made her way towards the bar. Leah followed suit while Venice disappeared into the crowd of dancers. Taking a seat on the spinning red stool, she ordered her and Leah's choice of poison for the night.

Nursing her drink she took in the little things in her surroundings. Leah chatted away at her before the bartender caught her eye and she started harassing him.

Carson sat leg crossed sipping his bourbon on the couch. He was happy that the VIP was quiet for the time being. He was proud of the twins Thomas and Reed for opening a new edition to their clubs and restaurants. He was happy to be their best friend and knowing that he was their silent investor. But even then he wasn't really in the mood to party tonight.
