Connor walks in to the HQ living room. Artha is on the floor staring up at the TV.
Connor:

Connor looks up at the TV.
Connor: to
Teen Titans Go? Oh ho HELL no! Wait...it's new year's day...shouldn't Cartoon Network be showing...
Connor checks the TV guide.
Connor:
Oh. They're showing the same lame crap they have on normally.
Lucas:
What's wrong?
Connor:
You know, when I was younger, Cartoon Network did a Looney Tunes marathon on New Year's Day. Now they're just doing what they always do, and that's show this bull all day. New cartoons suck!
Light:
I love 'em. Especially Teen Titans Go.
Connor:
SHUT UP KIRA!
Connor stabs Light with a screwdriver.
Connor:
Look. When I was little, Cartoon Network showed mostly a lot of Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo. And Dexter's Lab. And Powerpuff Girls. And Johnny Bravo. But the Looney Tunes have always been my favorite. Especially since now I'm old enough to understand even more of their humor!
Lucas:
Same.
Connor:
But even before all that, I already loved just seeing them cause all kinds of mischief! Nowadays, cartoons are all just bathroom jokes, yelling out random stuff, and poor quality artwork! So you know what?
Connor looks over at Artha and flips the input.
Connor:
You don't want to watch this. It's yucky.
Connor puts on a Looney Tunes DVD.
Connor: there you go. New Year's tradition.
On the TV, Daffy Duck gets flattened by an anvil. Artha laughs.
