(Y/N)'s POV
I was on my way out of school when some idiot walked right into me. "YAH! Watch out" I almost yelled. I looked up to see who it was, and it had to be my bestfriend and crush aka Bae Jinyoung.
"Oh, Jinyoung..." I said. He was laughing his ass off. "Why are you laughing?" I asked.
"Your face.. when you realized who it was.. priceless." he said in between his laughs.
"Idiot, get out of my way, I have to get home before my cousin arrives." I said and pushed him away. I've been somehow avoiding him lately because I don't want him to know that I like him, that would probably ruin our whole damn relationship.
"Waittttt (y/n)" I hear someone yell. It's Jinyoung, why do you hate me God "WHAT??" I shouted, I probably sound like a bitch, but I don't want him to find out that I like him.
"Why are you so mean to me even though I'm your best friend" he complaint pouting at the end. oh gosh that pout save me
"You're just annoying. Ah seriously I need to go see my cousin, she might get angry."
"Is your cousin some kind of undertaker or what? Why would she be angry?" he questioned.
"You don't know her. She's more than that" I answered, slightly annoyed at him.
"I want to see this cousin of yours."
"NO!!" oh hell to the no, my cousin maybe beautiful but she's a total fake-ass gold digger, and judging by the type Jinyoung is he might fall for her.
"Okay now I'm like super excited to meet her since you're so reluctant." he grinned, "I'm going to follow you home."
"Fine."
at home
"Holy shit!! She's so pretty" Jinyoung exclaimed when he saw my cousin. I knew it, he was surely going to fall for her.
"Welcome home (y/n), I see you brought your boyfriend along" she said when she saw Jinyoung besides me.
"He's no.. " before I even completed my sentence Jinyoung quickly cut me off.
"We're just best friends, I'm single." he stated. "Ah I'm sorry for not introducing myself, I'm Bae Jinyoung"
"Nice to meet you, I'm (l/n) (c/n), I'm (y/n)'s cousin" she smiled at him. I literally saw hearts forming in Jinyoung's eyes while water was about to pour from my eyes. I didn't want to make an idiot of myself by crying so I shook my head.
"Pabo, are you listening? (c/n) told us to wait in the living room while she prepares some snacks for us." Jinyoung beamed.
"It's my house, it's my wish whether I wait for the snacks or not. I can do it myself and since when are you so well-mannered? you just barge in the kitchen anytime and eat everything available."
"I'm trying to maintain my reputation and good looks." he wiggled his eyebrows at me and striked some poses.
"Ew disgusting, if she comes tell her that I'll be in my room."
"That's good, you better stay there for long and meanwhile I'll talk to her and try to get to know her." he grinned happily and gestured me to go to my room. "And don't disturb us."
