7th week of school - Monday, 27th September...

"You've just completed an examination and the results were very satisfying! But there is one person I would like you to all applause for the outstanding result despite her Korean grades... Kwon Yura!"

Did the teacher have to embarrass me anymore?

Everyone started clapping and cheering and I felt a smile come on.

"Not only this class but Mr. Nam's senior class has also done very well! So for a reward, Mr. Nam and I have decided to join the classes this period for a game of... DODGEBALL!"

"WOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The class suddenly turned into a zoo of animals as everyone went wild with excitedness.

Outside the classroom on our way to meet the other class at the outdoor courts, I asked Tae Hee, "Why is everyone so happy?"

She laughed. "The girls don't care that he's dating you."

She lost me. "What?"

"You know who's in Mr.Nam's class right?" Tae Hee questioned.

"The Wooks?"

"And Ki Tae and Eun Won and Sang Woo. That's why the girls are crazy."

Da Ni jumped in. "And the guys are crazy because they all think they might have a chance at beating the five guys."

I laughed. These idiots. Girls always seem to want to forget that Jae Wook isn't single anymore.

"Oh Yura, the school's disco is on next Wednesday. Are you going?" Da Ni asked.

"Did you have to ask? Her boyfriend never misses a disco and she's never been to the school one. Of course he'll take her!" Mi Mi said.

I smiled. Jae Wook hasn't said anything about it yet.

We stopped at the outdoor courts. The other class was already there. It was easy to spot the five tallest guys amongst them all. Jae Wook smiled at me and waved. The other 4 guys all noticed.

"Hey Yura!" Sang Woo shouted.

I waved back. The funny thing was... all the other girls waved back at Jae Wook too. The Wooks and other three all came to where I was.

Jae Wook smiled down at me. "I heard you did really good."

"I did", I replied proudly.

"OK, classes! It's class versus class!" Mr. Nam called out.

"Sir, let's make it more fun!" Ki Tae suggested. "I say we go guys versus girls!"

The guys in my class all groaned. Aw... no chance for them to beat the five seniors.

Dong Wook registered this and said, "Let's get into groups of five, seniors and juniors mixed."

Everyone made happy noises of agreement.

"That's the way it is!" Mr. Nam announced.

Jae Wook looked at his four friends and back at me. "Sorry girl, looks like you're gonna have to miss out on the winning team."

I scoffed at the truth. His real message was, 'I'm sorry I couldn't be with you.'

"I'll be fine with my own fairies", I said.

Everyone was in their groups now. How they played it was each team is allowed with one ball to start with and then during the game, the teachers will release more and more. The last standing person's team wins.

"When the whistle blows, let the game begin!"

The game took off.

Within the first five seconds Mi Mi was out. Two seconds after her was Da Ni. And one second after her Tae Hee's head got knocked out, leaving only me and Soo Jin left on the team.

Jae Wook's crew did most of the work. I heard some crazy girl who was already out say that she counted each member on Jae Wook's team had already knocked out 5 people.

Talk about a fast game. "Soo Jin behind you!"

Too late. She was gone. Only me left.

I dodged a ball that went straight for my head. And another which seemed to be targeted at my bum. I quickly scopped up a ball and hurled it at a guy in the corner.

"Aw man not you! You already knocked out half my team", he whinged at me.

I shrugged whilst jumping up to dodge another ball. "That's the aim of the game mate!"

Where I landed was right in front of Jae Wook, with a ball in one hand. I threw the last one at that other dude. Damn. Jae Wook threw the ball... past me and got another guy out. I looked confusingly at Jae Wook. He grinned.

"Hey! What's this?" We looked over to the other side and I recognised a guy in my class still in play. "Are you sparing your girlfriend?"

Great. Here goes the ego moment where the guy will deny and say 'No! Of course not!' and chuck the ball as hard as he could at his girlfriend to prove it.

Jae Wook spared a threatening glance at the guy. "Yeah, I'm sparing her 'cause she's my girlfriend. Got a problem with that?!"

I gazed at Jae Wook. That's so... unexpected.

"Jae Wook..." I said.

"Yeah I do!" The whinger replied and aimed at me with a ball when another ball struck his forehead, knocking him out.

"Thanks Eun Won!" Jae Wook yelled.

"No problem!"

Then he whipped off to play on. I too continued getting out as many people as I could and dodging every ball coming my way.

I scooped up another ball and got ready to throw it but when I looked up the courts were empty. I saw the five shadows cast on the ground and slowly spun around. Dong Wook, Ki Tae, Eun Won, Sang Woo were all lined up with a ball in their hand. In the middle of them, was Jae Wook tossing a ball up and down. He grinned cheekily.

Dong Wook smirked and nudged Jae Wook, "If you can't do it I can help you out."

Despite about to be knocked out, I grinned widely and he did it. Jae Wook threw the ball hitting me square in the stomach.

The girls all cheered as Jae Wook's team won, some guys put on a f*cked up face and crossed their arms whilst the rest all cheered.

Jae Wook came up to the crouching me. "You OK?"

I straightened my back and nodded.

I smiled at him, then stomped on his right foot. He cringed then most unexpectedly, he bent down, put one arm around my knees and swept me off my feet.

"What are you doing?! AAHH LET GO!" I yelled whilst softly beating my hands against his chest. He didn't and I found myself laughing in the end.

"Somebody! Stop her from getting onto him!" Yelled a devastated Seri. "Where's the teachers?!"

I glanced over at the bushy areas and saw them making out.

"So that's the real reason..." I murmurred.

"What?" Jae Wook asked.

"Nothing."

"The real reason I'm lifting you... is I wanna try a new kissing pose."

With that, he lifted me up to him and his lips crushed onto mine. I eagerly kissed him back.

Jae Wook's friends all ooohhheeedd. I think Seri fainted along with her fellows.
