He thrust the button and the doors pinged open.

He never felt this incorporeal in his life.

He rode up to his office floor and as the doors opened he found Zaid waiting for him.

'How was it?', Zaid breathed out as he exited the booth.

'It was good. She is ready to take up the offer.', he pushed open the door to his office and slumped on the chair.

Zaid slouched on the nearby couch turning on the TV mumbling something that he couldn't register.

'I'll tell Inaya to ready the contract.', he said and that got Zaid's attention.

'Yeah I'll take it back to her this evening.', Zaid said massaging his temples.

He called his PA and told her about the contract scribbling down something on his paper to add it in the contract.

'Are you coming there?', he asked Zaid who was loosening his tie.

'Yeah but you're staying here. No?', Zaid threw the tie and opened the top two buttons of his shirt.

He pondered for a while and looked at him.

Why is he saying that?

'Ofcourse I'm going.', he said in an obvious look.

Zaid lifted his head up to gave him duh look.

'Who's going to stay here to look after the office?', Zaid asked knitting his brows.

'You.', simply.

'No.', Zaid shook his head leaning back.

He rolled his eyes and threw his head back to rest it.

'I really need a break Zaid.', he closed his eyes shutting the light for a while that was pinching his eyes.

He opened them to find Zaid gifting him with his crooked smile.

Zaid stood up and with slow steps reached up to him and looked down in his eyes.

'Am I trusting too much?', Zaid said patting his shoulder.

'No.', simply.

'Am I overthinking again?', Zaid uttered again.

'Yes.', simple as hell.

Zaid nodded gazing at the glass wall. He fished out his phone from his pocket and reached over to the couch again slumped down.

He opened his laptop and checked his E-mails and heard Zaid talking with someone.

After a couple of minutes Zaid said something that sprang his ears up but he didn't show it.

'Yeah your sister is coming to Qatar.'

'Next week, yeah--no- huh?'

'Send me your address.'

'When?'

'Yeah that's fine.'

He laughed at the end before cutting the call and he knew Zaid was on line with Zaki.

'Allah Hafiz.'

'He's in Qatar?', he asked typing vigorously.

'Yeah.', Zaid was scrolling down the screen.

'Doha?', he asked again.

'Yeah he will send me his address.'

'Here you go.', Zaid showed him the screen that had his address.
