He clutched the hand rest to avoid getting faint.

'What?', he was purely shocked at Zaki's revelation.

'That's what he said and he is a good doctor. I've heard good about him.'

A long silence settled in.

'What do you think?', he asked and Musa felt dumb.

He was a man of power. He knew everything.
His experience made everyone around him peek into their shoes but today,
he failed at guessing people.

She never give away that much.
He knew she was afraid of men but never ever thought of sexual harassment.
Hell!

'Are you sure?', Musa still sounded confused.

'I'm not.', even Zaki sounded confused.

'He said she has a pure disliking for Pakistan.'

'Then it's all connected.', Musa confirmed.

'Zaid would've known.', Musa continued.

'How could that prick know about it. Hell! He wasn't even in Pakistan.', Zaki suddenly got furious.

He still couldn't absorb the fact that Zaid left his family at the darkest hour.

'We must talk to him.', Musa announced.

'Isn't it too soon?', he sounded confused.

No it's not.
He anticipated to tell Zaki about her earlier breakdowns but something kept him at bay.
I should tell him.

That would ease the working of her doctor.

And he did.
He told him about all her earlier situations that took place in Kuwait.
He also told him what his doctor told him and Zaid.

'I can't name it. It was something like phrenia.'

'Schizophrenia?'

'Yeah, that.'

'Her doc said that.'

'Ohh.'

'Fine I'll talk to Zaid in the morning.', Zaki said.

Musa took it as his queue to retire. He stood up and shook his hand while Zaki engulfed him in a bear hug.

'Thanks! I couldn't imagine what would have happened to her if you weren't there when she fainted.', he whispered and held Musa tightly.

After a minute it dawned on Musa that he was referring to the incident that happened in the hotel a day before. He reciprocated his hug and held him more tightly while patting his back.

They released each other and he saw tears in Zaki's eyes.

'Ohh my baby is crying.', Musa laughed and swept his tears away.

'You're still that little Zaki who can't even blow his nose correctly.'

And Zaki chuckled and inhaled his teary nose.

He ruffled his hair and made his way for the door.

'Hey Mooos.', Zaki called.

Wow, that's what he used to call him when he was small.

'Another favor man!', he pleaded.

'Can you just meet her doctor before her appointment.', he said and Musa frowned.

'You can tell him about her history. That would ease his work.'

'Our work.', he amended and smiled.
