She faded behind those fu**ing elevator doors with her husky laugh that fired his loins.
How much he wanted to rip those doors apart and claim her.His mind was a whirlpool. Why didn't she answer him?
He ripped his heart open for her today yet she chose to just seal the deal with an OKAY..!!
Wow!
His demon appeared by his side laughing at his poor self.
'You made her run away', it mocked. He growled at the thought and brushed the demon away. But it stayed by his side.
He had to.
He was meant to.
He needed to.That was what he was paid for.
To make his life a living hell.
He stayed in the parking lot for long stretches and would have stayed for more until the ring of his phone pulled him out of his thought's train.
'We've a meeting in half an hour sir.', Scott robotically stated.
And within less than twenty minutes he was seated in the conference in his usual spot with her thoughts flaring in his head.
How cruel she was...?, he thought to himself and downed a glass of water that he had been glaring at.
'She needs time.', he heard his demon and jerked up at him who was settled on the table in front of him, cross legged.
He looked around and people around him were engrossed in the presentation that was being played in the dark room.
He again looked in front of him but he was long gone.
Adjusting himself, he placed his right ankle on his left knee, presenting his KING posture to everyone but to his irony, nobody was looking.
Somehow, he was grateful to find everyone engrossed and not bothering to pay attention to him and his demonic friend.
He was right.
She needed time.Marrying a divorced man is not easy. And that too a man who is hell a lot older than his bride to be.
He smiled at the thought of bride to be.
Leisurely his gaze went to his father who was already smirking at his son.He raised his left brow and gestured towards the screen.
Was he that obvious?, he thought to himself and gave an intense look to screen.Hell! This girl wasn't ready to leave his mind.
Only he knew how he endured that painful hour of meeting.
He was the first one to dash out of the conference room and that made several heads turn his way.He never did.
But her affect had already started screaming.
Slow yet euphoric.'I need rest.', he told his father and flew.
Slipping out of his suit, he branched under a cold shower and scrubbed vigorously until he was successful enough to let out his steam.
Shrugging into his boxers, he chose to ditch his jeans and jumped in his bed.
Why didn't she answer me?
That question of mere five words still rang in his mind and his demon slapped it's hand against it's forehead at Musa's stupidity.
His thoughts had no limits.Am I too old for her?
Is she too young for me?
Is she afraid of her brothers' consent?
Or she doesn't want to get married to someone who fu**s with various women every now and then?
But I don't do that shit anymore..And the worst was
Does she even love me?
That made his demon smash it's dead on the wall and Musa rolled his eyes at it.
