Sara was pulling me into the living room by my jacket sleeve and I couldn't help but smile, "I thought you were going to pull my arm off." I joked as she let go and headed over to grab the two boxes, "I would've if you didn't get me a gift." She said with a straight face before sitting down.

Dinah and Quentin sat down opposite sides of Sara on the couch and Felicity stood beside the couch, I sat across the room while she opened Dinah's gift first, "Mom, they're so perfect!" She squealed as she pulled a pair of white leather boots from the box.

After Sara tried on the boots she gave her mother a quick hug before grabbing the gift I brought, the box was sort of small in comparison to Dinah's gift, "If you don't like it please, please, please do not throw it at me." I pleaded, Dinah knew what I meant since she had seen what the gift was, Quentin was probably going to hate what I got her but she always showed a sort of fascination with- "Oh my god!" She gasped, I looked up to see her smiling down at the box.

She pulled the personalised knife from the box and showed her dad, the look he gave me told me he really did not approve, "Are you nuts, giving her a knife?" Felicity joked as her eyes got big, showing me she wasn't really joking at all, "There is another plain one too, actually two." I informed her before she sat the box down, she grabbed each one carefully.

One knife in each hand, she looked up, "Now I see why you didn't want me to throw them at you, two throwing knifes." She just smiled more, "And a decorative one, stand's in there too, your names on the blade and the handle is covered in small zirconium crystals." I said as Quentin examined it, "Little birds." He said with a smile, "Canaries." I corrected.

Felicity looked a little scared still, especially when Sara started shifting the weight of the knifes in her hands, Quentin put the decorative knife back in the box as he got up to follow Dinah to the kitchen to check the cake, "I really love these." Sara smirked as she stood up, "I feel like an assassin or something." She joked, "I pray you're joking." Felicity said, still looking uneasy about Sara holding knifes, "Don't trust me, I'll put them away then." and Sara did just that.

Felicity walked into the kitchen leaving me and Sara alone talking about the first time I caught her trying to throw kitchen knifes, Sara finally got up and walked over to me giving me a hug, "I'm really happy you remembered that." I just patted her on the back in return.
