Midnight kiss

Y/n pov
As I started walking back home, my heart was still racing. His hands were soft and pale. Just thinking about it made my face red. There's something different about him. Maybe he isn't even real and I'm losing my mind.

I got home and I hung out with lance, hunk and pidge. We played video games for a while. Lance was always competitive but he never won. Me and pidge beat him at Mario carts while hunk was snacking.

Later into the day, everyone was asleep. I for one couldn't sleep. My few hours with Keith still played through my memory. When I'd close my eyes , I'd see his gorgeous eyes gazing at me. It made me want to see him again. I sat up in my bed and saw everyone else asleep. I got out of bed and put on my jacket and shoes. I went outside with my flashlight as I walked to Kogane house.

Keith pov

How could I let her leave? I just met my mate and I let her go. I may never see her again. After the sun went down, shiro woke up. I was sitting in my room looking out the window.
"Keith?" Shiro was standing in the doorway.
"Oh hey shiro"
"Everything okay?"
"Yeah"
"By the way the annual blood ball is coming and allura will be coming tomorrow night to discuss some things"
"Shiro... there's something I need to tell you "
"Sure, what is it ?"
"I've.... I've met my mate "
"Really who is it?"
"Promise you won't go crazy?"
"Cross my heart and hope to live "
"She's a ...human"
"A human mate?"
"She got lost when you were gone. She came again while you were sleeping and it happened "
"Did you kiss her?"
"No and I don't think she knows I'm a vampire."
"She's going to find out, maybe you should tell her."
"I may never see her again so what does it matter".
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
I got up and went to the door. Shiro walked slowly behind me. I looked through the peephole and saw her facing the door. I opened the door.
"Y/n? You're back"
"Yeah I couldn't sleep so I thought I could see you . I hope I didn't wake you."
"No I was awake, come in "
She walked inside and shiro was standing in front of us.
"Y/n, I'd like you to meet my friend Shiro. Shiro , this is Y/n "
He approached her.
"It's a pleasure to meet you m'lady"
He takes her hand and kisses it. I started to get jealous. "Have a seat Y/n"
"I'll let you two alone", shiro said leaving us alone in the sitting room.

Y/n pov
After shiro left us alone we sat together on the sofa. Shiro was good looking but my eyes kept going back to Keith. We sat close to each other.
"Well I .." we both said.
"You first " Keith said.
"Well umm... this is weird"
"Is there something wrong?"
"No no not all Its just...since I saw you...I can't get you out of my mind "
"The strangest thing, I've even feeling the same way"
I looked up at him surprised. I felt my face heat up again when he got close. He cradled my face in his hands and kissed my lips. I blinked and leaned toward him. As I did the clock struck midnight.
