Alan's P.O.V:

"What was that all about? I thought he was pissed at you?" Tino asks as I make my way back to them.

"I thought so too." I say with a smile.

That stunt he pulled will result in me giving him an ear full later but I can't lie, that was the cutest thing he's ever done. It just makes me hate myself more though because it reminds me of how faithful, respectful, trust worthy, and cute Austin is compared to my cheating ass. I'm an idiot and I deserve nothing but the worst and Austin's making that impossible. How him and I managed to work all our problems out in the past is beyond me.

"Let's go get some food." Phil mutters.

"Alright." I say happily.

As we all go to walk away I hear footsteps behind us. I stop and turn around to see nurses running down the hallway, they all head to the room that Austin's in and it makes me panic. The guys continue on without noticing, I can't help but stare at the nurses though because I'm pretty sure that it was Austin's room-

"He's going! His heart beat is decreasing! We need to pump his heart and get it to a normal pulse!" One of the male nurses yells.

"What? No! Austin!" I scream.

The guys are now running towards me as I try and run to my finacees room. Tino grabs me and keeps a tight grip as nurses rush over and tell me to stay calm. I scream nonsense at them as I hear the doctor yelling that nothing's working. I scream his name and yell that I love him but there's no response and all I want to do is see him and hold him but nobody will let me.

"Let me see him! Please, I'm begging you." I shout.

"We can't let you in. We are trying to operate on him right now. Stay calm." The nurse explains.

"Let me go!" I yell at Tino as he tries to pull me away from the big crowd of nurses that are now rushing in and out of his room.

"Alan, stop. They need to operate." Aaron says calmly.

Third Person's P.O.V:

As nurses run in and out of Austin's room the guys get more and more worried. Alan won't stop screaming for Austin and all Tino can do is hold onto him tightly. Not a word is exchanged between Phil and Aaron as they sit and wait for any news on Austin's condition. No one knows what happened and nobody understands how anything could have happened.

In the operating room nurses and doctors continue to try and get Austin's heart rate back up but it keeps decreasing in pulse and they all know there's nothing they can do. The chances of his heart picking up in pace is slim to nothing. They knew this would happen eventually but they didn't expect it to happen this early in his life.

There is one thing they could do, but they don't know if it'll work for sure. It's a big risk to make but it could either work and he'll live or it'll fail. The only option they have is to do a heart replacement,

but unfortunately they have no willing patients.

"Is there anything you can do?" Alan asks as one of the doctors walks out of the room.

"We aren't sure. The only thing that would work in this case is a new heart." He says quietly.

"Why? What's wrong with him?!" Alan shouts as he starts to panic again.
