A windy day came, the fire wasn't doing much of an impact to the freezing Jisoo. A hand in her pocket while the other held on to a hot pack with a hard grip. She didn't like winter, at all. Her head was protected with a beanie. Jisoo's shoulders were carefully covered with a comforter as she took in the warmth, still shivering a little.

"How long are you gonna stay there and whine about the cold?" Lisa asked, stepping forward from the shadows. Her hair was tied up in a ponytail, letting lose hair fall on both sides. She had a cup of noodles in her hand, a fork in the other.

Jisoo eyed her with a blank face, raising an eyebrow, "You do know that eating too many instant noodles can take away your life?"

Lisa shrugged, "Here for a good time, not a long time." She stated as she took a seat next to Jisoo. Their faces were drop dead cold.

Jisoo ignored her presence and went back to making herself warm with all the cotton shields she could most probably have. Lisa leaned against Jisoo, eating her noodles, she asked, "Did Jungkook leave because of me?"

The question made Jisoo's lips curl up in a smile, "What?" She asked, suspicious of what Lisa meant. Lisa looked away shyly, "I mean," she cleared her throat, "He did leave because I was coming here, didn't he?" She asked, putting away her cup.

Jisoo laughed before nodding, "I asked him to, I know how you're uncomfortable around boys so I asked him to live with Taehyung instead since he's a good guy-" Jisoo slapped a hand on her own mouth as she realized what slipped out of her tongue.

Lisa raised her eyebrows, wiggling them as a smug look lasted on her face for a few seconds. "You're whipped for that Taehyung guy, aren't ya?"

"I'm not! Okay? He's just a f-friend, yeah that's pretty much it-" Lisa placed her fingers on Jisoo's lips, interrupting her.

"That's what everyone says," she whispered, smiling as she walked away.

Leaving Jisoo with a red tint all over her face.

-

"Jungkook!" His steps stopped as he heard a familiar voice call out his name. His heart started pounding a little hard. Having such an effect on a man should be illegal.

He turned around, his face reddening with every step that she took forward. Sweat was visible on her forehead, she must be running. Her head was low, her knees bent as she panted. He smiled.

"Yes, Lisa?" He asked, her name slipped off his tongue so well.

"I'm so s-sorry that Jisoo just kicked you out like that because of me. I'll try to find a new home as soon as I can, I'm so sorry to bother you like this," she bit her lip.

Jungkook's smile grew wider at her statements, "You don't have to, I'll be leaving this city after three years anyways."

"To where?"

He raised an eyebrow, she's curious.

"I'm gonna pursue a career abroad but," he said, his voice deep.

He stepped forward, leaning down right next to her ears, "After I find myself a soulmate though," he pulled away, winking.

Her scent was so welcoming and calm to him.

Then, he walked away. Making Lisa scream internally.

-

"Taehyung, stop being so stubborn!" Jisoo yelled, grabbing his arm to pull him upwards. He had been ignoring whatever she was saying and instead plopped down on the ground.

Jisoo sighed, admitting her defeat and laying next to him as well. His eyes were closed, as if he was deep in thought. His eyebrows were furrowed. His eyes twitching a little, Jisoo eyed him hesitantly.

Soon, his body started shaking, his lips quivering. Jisoo immediately grabbed his face, cupping it.

"Taehyung?! Are you okay?!" Her voice was starting to fade away as well. Seeing him in pain brought her horror as well. His condition was getting worse as every second passed by.

"Taehyung wake up!" She lifted him in her arms, his skin was getting pale. She wanted to scream right now and call for help but the scene felt too familiar to her.

My head hurts so bad, my eyes are watery. My ears are red with the cold. My lips are dry. I have a lump in my throat. I feel so fucking weak right now. My body's shaking with fear. I feel a sharp object pointing at my wrists and slowly moving against them. The bare flesh is jolted open. My blood won't stop. I hate this. I'm having the same nightmare again.

Without realizing it, she placed a soft kiss against his forehead. To her delight, he calmed down. His eyes still closed, his large eyelashes covering the brown orbs from Jisoo.

She gave a weak smile to him, tears welled up in her own eyes as well. She knew Taehyung was having a nightmare. Something Jisoo has experienced years ago, her worst days would eat her out. She would feel so weak at night, impossible to sleep.

She hugged Taehyung, still on the ground. Her humming brought peace everyhwere. She made circles around his cheek using her fingertips. She wanted him to feel like he wasn't alone.

Her lips moved down next to his ears, she whispered,

"I won't let anyone harm you, let's go home, Taehyung."
