"Morning," Jisoo yawned as she entered the room, her eyes half open as she still let her slumber take over.
Taehyung chuckled, placing the book down and gazing at Jisoo. He was astonished how Jisoo could make the simplest clothes look amazing on her hour glass shape.
"It's noon," he commented.
Jisoo shrugged and took her tongue out at him, "No one woke me up."
"YOU BITCH I WOKE YOU UP ELEVEN TIMES!" Lisa shouted from the living room, clearly furious.
Jisoo giggled, "Oops!"
☣☣☣
Taehyung had a book in his hand, which was seeking all of his attention that he didn't notice Jisoo talking to him. He furrowed his eyebrows, widened his eyes and gasped. The book was all he had his eyes and mind on.
Jisoo wondered what kind of book got him so worked up. He was quite focused on it that he absentmindedly stabbed his pancake with his fork.
Jisoo cleared her throat, he didn't notice. Jisoo again cleared her throat, he didn't reply.
Jisoo had enough.
She snatched the book from his hands, earning a confused look from him. He raised a brow, wondering why she was glaring at him.
"Listen, I know how much you love books, I do too! But really, what were you reading that got you so engaged?"
She flipped the book over and just when she was about to read the title, Taehyung tried to snatch it but unfortunately, took down Jisoo with him, being right on top of her.
Jisoo winced as her back hit the floor, rubbing her temples to ease the pain in her head. Taehyung gazed down at her, being just inches away from the girl of his dreams.
And when Jisoo looked up, everything seemed to stop.
Taehyung's breath hit her face, sending chills down her spine. Every second that seemed to pass was a torture, was an exam. She didn't have self control around him.
And her eyes flickered here and there, avoiding his gaze as if her life depended on it.
Taehyung's arms stretched to trap her between his body and the floor, leaving her no escape. She felt like a hostage, a prey of Taehyung.
"How long will you and I run from each other?" Taehyung whispered.
Jisoo's eyes moved towards his face, taking in his features. He was the embodiment of perfection, his complexion, his face structure, pretty much everything.
"What do you mean?" Jisoo whispered back, wearing an innocent smile to act clueless.
Taehyung cocked his head to the side, "Stop fooling around. You damn well know what I'm talking about," he hissed.
Jisoo's eyes widened. She saw the fierceness visible in his eyes, he had never been this serious. His true dark side was showing just now. And Jisoo didn't like it.
"Tae-"
"Stop it please, stop making it so hard for me," he whispered a broken whisper, as if his heart had been taking part.
Jisoo grabbed his face and pulled him close, just a few millimetres away. If one of them moved, their lips would touch.
"How? How am I making it hard for you?"
"You're oblivious to how I feel."
"Bullshit, I've been more aware of your feelings than you have been. I know it's hard for you-"
Taehyung cut her off with a peck on her lips.
Jisoo was taken by surprise, ready to throw hands at him for executing such an action so suddenly but his vulnerable eyes made her soft.
One by one, his tears started to fall on her face. She gazed up at him with confused and shocked eyes.
"You're so.. difficult, Kim Jisoo." He stated.
"C-cut to the p-point, Tae."
Taehyung loosened his grip a little so she could hold onto his shoulders, and placed his hand on her cheek.
"You want me to cut to the point?"
Jisoo nodded, cheeks flustered.
"That's dangerous, Kim Jisoo."
"I don't care,"
Without warning, Taehyung captured her lips in a passionate kiss, their lips colliding against one another. It seemed as if he put all his stress and tension into this single kiss that meant a lot for him.
Hey guys!
