i want to give you my whole heart.
but right now? i can't.

but oh god i just can't.
i'm still trying to collect my shattered pieces.
i'm still trying to mend myself.
i want to come to you wholly fixed,
mind and soul.
so please spare me
a little bit more of your time.
please wait a little longer.
please keep holding me tighter,
promise me you'll never
let go of my hand.
you deserve everything,
so please wait until i can
give you the love you deserve.
until i can give you
the whole world back.
until i can offer you
the whole being i once were.
just hold on love.
this might sound selfish,
but there's no other way
of loving you but this.
