'I'm just going to get a glass of water.' I mumbled as I got up from Hannah's bed. 'Mmmmm.' She mumbled, swaying and nodding her head with the beat of the music she was listening to. I walked over to the door and slowly opened it. I marched downstairs and tip-toed to the kitchen. I opened the cupboard and grabbed a glass then placed it under the tap and twisted the handle. Water splashed on to the glass. As it reached to the level I was satisfied with, I twisted the handle again to make the water stop pouring. I took a quick drink then placed the glass into the sink. As I was about to walk to the kitchen door, I was stopped by Luke. He entered the kitchen and I slowly walked backwards to let him in. 'Hey.' He smiled. 'Hi.' I whispered. He stared at me for a second then started walking closer and closer to me. I walked backwards until I couldn't anymore because of the table. He smiled at me but I just looked down on the floor. He touched my chin and I looked up at him. His face came closer and closer to mine. He smiled at me again this time our lips milimetres from touching. 'You have an eyelash.' He whispered. He slowly brushed the eyelash off my cheek then smiled at me again. 'Thank you.' I said. It was so awkward. Why does he keep doing that to me? He keeps making situations where we are so close to kissing then does something else. 'BABE?!' A voice from outside said. It was Erika. As she walked in to the room, Luke shrugged and scratched the back of his head. He walked away from me. 'There you are.' She grinned. She stared at me for a second then rolled her eyes at me. She gave Luke a quick kiss on the cheek and hugged him tightly. 'Erm.. I'll go.' I awkwardly said. 'Wait! Alice.' He yelled. I looked back at him and shook my head. I continued walking. I heard the TV turned on in the living room. I walked in and noticed it was the tall, tanned guy, AGAIN. I stood in front of the TV so he couldn't watch. 'Are you seriously following me? You're starting to creep me out.' I laughed. He laughed too and shook his head. 'No.. I'm here with someone.'
