Ah the Kalos region, so peaceful and serene...
You moved here to finally get away from an eternal vacation back in Alola. Every day was the same and you hated routine. You had to go somehwre bustling with energy and new things like Kalos.
You wanted to visit Riverre walk first, being a spot where artist go because the view is so beautiful. The Battle Chateu is also located on Riverre Walk.
You make it there and are stunned of the breathtaking view of the water. It was almost crystalline or unreal the way it shimmered and flowed under the sunlight. You made sure to sit out of any artist's way as you gazed at the water.
You heard someone behind you and turned around, facing with blue eyes and a clumsy grin. The ravenette I'm fromt of you looked older, about your age actually, with a blue dress shirt and black khakis. You're in your mid twenties like Sycamore btw
"Ah, I haven't seen you around. Are you new?"
You knew your darker skin set you apart. You smiled and nodded as the kinds man sat next to you. His clumsy smile never leaving his lips.
"I'm Augustine Sycamore, the Kalos Pokemon Professor. Who are you?"
So this was the professor. Better than Kukui any day. At least he had the commmon decency to cover his chest! You held out your hand towards him.
"(Your name) (last name) of Alola. It's a pleasure."
He shook your hand. His hand was warm and big. You looked in his aquamarine eyes again and already felt yourself falling for him. Woah. That was new. He sat down next to you and gazed at the water.
After five minutes Augustine spoke again.
"It's beautiful, isn't it? How our world produces beautiful resources like this for humans Andy Pokemon alike?"
You were at a loss for words with his exquisite vocabulary and deep questions.
"Remarkable."
He chuckled a bit at your awestruck reaction before standing up. He reached a hand back down to you and you took it. Even though you just met, you felt like you couldn't trust him with your life.
"Come with me back to the lab?"
Dumfoundely, you nodded as he eld you back to his laboratory by hand.
