Cilan x Reader

This is inspired by CrowOrSo's newest one shot in her Fire Emblem x Reader book. If you're interested in the game I recommend her book. It's in my reading list. But basically there is this character Silas am doing he reminds me of Cilan and she wrote the ultimate fluff so... My turn to try it!

And yes, I do the brothers a lot because I really like them.

You held tightly onto the little green-haired boy's hand. You we're being dragged somewhere by your best friend. This was the first times you ever have been outside the Striaton City limits in the six years of life's leading up to now.

You couldn't see your best friend's brothers or his green eyes but you knew it was Cilan, even in your feeble Six year old mind. 

"Cilaaaaaan! Where are we going?"

You giggled I'm gonna glee behind the sweet boy as he kept running. You could tell he was smiling because his neck was straight an dhe hand perfect posture. Just a little thing you noticed he did.

"Somewhere fun!"

You grinned at this. Your mother, You've never known her since she's ran away after cheating after you were six months old. Your father is overly protective of you Sincerely you're all he has left, but sometimes he's a little overboard. Right now you we're just two innocent kids trying to have a little fun.

"Ooh! Where? Where?!"

"Somewhere with lots and lots of Pokemon!"

You jumped a bit and started running faster to be on par with Cilan. His face was redder than Chili's hair yet his green eyes shone and he had the cheesiest grin swept across his face. He looked you in the eyes and nodded, you both started sprinting in an easterly direction towards the route just outside of Striaton City.

The trees were tall and the grass was super green,Mandy there was a lot of tall grass. You were about to wander into it out of wonder but CIlan grabbed your hair and tugged you backwards.

"Don't go in there! You'll get hurt."

"I will?"

He nodded.

"Pokemon will attack you!"

You gasped.

"Why they do that?"

"Because this is their home. They're protecting it."

You nodded in understanding and plopped down right there on the ground. Cilan was confused, but he sat next to you anyway. He shifted after sitting down and then you explained.

"If the Pokemon comes to us right here, we ain't going in their home!"

Cilan got a grin again as he started bouncing with enthusiasm. It was a brilliant plan in your eyesight, and aparently his too. You both sat there cross-legged. You had Cilan's hand in your own tinier one. You couldn't help but look at your best friend every now and then.

Suddenly, the grass rustled and out popped a Pokemon. It was green, sommaybe it was a grass type. It was a monkey and it had a large tuft on top of it's head along with yellow patterns on it. It looked super cool and stars were almost literally in your eyes. You stood up abruptly, but the Pokemon wasn't scared. Seven year old Cilan stood up slowly with you.

"Cilan! Look! A Pokemon! A Pokemon did come to us! Look! Look! Look!"

You tugged on his arm in pure excitement and he was grinnign from ear to ear. You let go of him as he crouched down in front of it.

"Hey Little Pansage, I'm Cilan and that's (Your Name)."

The Pokemon, aparently Pansage as Cilan knew it, cried in joy and climbed on his shoulder happily. You and Cilan wasn't old enough to officially catch Pokémon yet, being seven and six years old. But you can befriend them.

"Hi Pansage!"

You waved at it on Cilan's shoulder and it cried happily at you too. You patted it's head and Cilan laughed at you. You didn't know Why but it was probally because you we're being adorable. You look behind them to see a huge tree. It was HUGE. You tugged on hsi ark again and pointed at it. Pansage cooed and ran for the tree. You ran after it.

"Pansage wait!"

"(Your Name)! Hold up!"

You didn't hear CIlan as Pansage scales the tree. You wanted to try to. With a huff of determination you grabbed the first branch and used your little girl legs to walk on the tree trunk in a way and secure your way on the first branch.

Already feeling tired, you made it to the second large branch and stopped, looking around. Pansage was already at the top of the tree. You look down to see Cilan scaling the tree too, he stopped and sat next to you. He was breathing hard.

"You scared me, (Your name)!"

"Sowwy."

He hugged you and you sighed. Pansage climbed back down and sat on both of your lap smiling at once in an awkward position. That's when you heard something.  A large man you both knew almost too well was searching frantically through the Forsest for you. He had his large Stoutland at his side.

"(YOUR NAME)!?"

You looked at CIlan and Pansage beforehand calling out:

"I'm over here Papa!"

His head jerked in your direction whehe gasped at the sight. You and your best friend we're holdign hands with a tiny little Pansage in your Laps, almost asleep. He stomped over there and picked you out of the tree, since he was tall. Cilan looked disappointed an dPansage almost fell asleep Father you were removed, but Cilan caught it.

"You are in so much trouble young lady I-"

"Papa! I was just having fun!"

"THAT IS NO EXCUSE TO GO OUT HERE!!! WHAT IF THE PANSAGE ATTACKED YOU!?"

"Papa, we waited outside the tall grass for it to come to us!"

"She's right."

You smiled widely at Cilan who returned it but your dad was fuming. Wintkua nother word he tucked you under his arm and stormed off. YOu waved goodbye to CIlan men Pansage before being forced to leave.
