Lucas x Reader

The second request by ThatsSoKipster. I'm debating wether to base it off of the comic I put in my thousand reads part or not.... Nah. Let's have some fun, shall we readers?

"Fascinating. So this is what's Pokémon look like in the Alola region?"

"Yep! This is Litten! He chose me back in Alola and we've been partners ever since! But when I heard about contests we HAD to come to Sinnoh! So now, me and Litten are gonna tackle this region!"

The boy clapped at your enthusiasm and speech and smiled. Dang he is cute. Litten just mewed and played with his Turtwig, aapparently the grass type starter Pokémon of this region.

"The professor would love to see this!"

"Oh? He's probally different than the professor in Alola. Battling is important here."

Lucas nodded, but held up a device.

"Battling is common in Sinnoh, as well as contests. But I assist the Professor in research. My goal is to fill the Pokédex with a smile many species as possible!"

You looked at the device.

"Aren't there RotomDexs?"

"Huh?"

"In Alola, our Pokédex is fused with a Rotom so it speaks to us and it has a map and everyhting. Oh Rotom~"

You called out and your Rotom dew floated out of your bag, looking around.

"Hey, this isn't home! (Your name), why aren't we in Alola? Hey Litten."

The Pokémon meowed back at the RotomDex and you smiled. Lucas just had his mouth agape in awe.

"Because I want to do contests! We're in Sinnoh and this is....uh..."

"Lucas. My name is Lucas."

"Yeah! This is Lucas and he wanted to know what a RotomDex looked like!"

The RotomDex scoffed and went back in the bag, unlike Nebby. Litten And Turtwig just kept playing together. You sat down in the short grass and Lucas sat down next to you.

"It must be new. Everyhting is so unusual to you. Alola sure must be different than Sinnoh."

"Yep! We don't have to teach out Pokémon HM moves, we have other Pokemon to do that for us. Like Tauros and Charizard. We also have a lot more clothing and food shops. But I'm still confused on the purpose of Poffins..."

"I'll let Dawn explain that. She's really good at Contests. But if you want to learn how to battle I can call up Barry."

"No thanks, contests are what I want to do. Maybe even a bit of research. Help you since you've already done a lot for me."

"Thst doesn't sound too bad."

And that was the start of the mos beautiful relationship in all of Sinnoh History.
