I was a shapeshifter and I was best friends with Eleven.. i was Ten because I was named before. I had the ability to change myself as well as the other person that I am touching. When me and El left I had no reason to change myself or us but when the 'bad men' found us I shape-shifted us into ants which wasn't the best idea because we lost each other whilst running and she would grow up and change back into the human after an hour where as I had to stay living in the woods without knowing if she was safe.
I loved El with all my heart but I didn't know why, I just knew I did.
I could hear screaming from near the lake, I was currently a wolf because I could kill things to eat which made my life a bit easier. I looked up and saw a boy about to jump, I ran up to them forgetting about being a wolf but I didn't see El in the bushes hiding.
I saw the boy jump but he soon came flying back up and landed softly onto the ground, I looked around and El walked past me. I ran up to her and nuzzled my head against her leg as she fell down.
"Ten?" She asked.
I changed back into human and wiped my nose from the blood. She hugged me and the two boys came up to us after the other two that was holding the curly headed one ran off.
"Who is this?" The one who jumped asked.
"I'm Ten, I can shape shift, can we take her somewhere?" I asked.
They both nodded and I changed into a horse so I could carry them all. They looked at me terrified but I reassured them that it was fine.
They put her on my back before I leant down slightly to help them on, it was quite difficult with their combined weight but I did it anyway.
"Hold on" I said and sprinted down the mountain and out of the woods.

Apparently their friend was missing and we needed to save him so I offered to get as much energy as possible and go in to save him while shapeshifting.

I was sneaking in as a spider and getting to the entrance to the Upside Down, I was scared being back in here but I needed to do it. I went in with Hopper and Joyce who I only just met I sniffed him out as a dog and ran up to him while they followed.
I found him and changed into a horse once again to sprint out with him, Joyce was also on my back while Hopper ran behind. Joyce was talking to Will while Hopper was praising me. I was listening just running. We got out and into the outside of Hawkins lab when I changed back and collapsed onto the floor.
Hopper must have picked me up because I woke up on Mikes couch.
"Where's El?" I said panicked.
"She's in the upside down, she's gone" mike sobbed.
I got up and ran out, I ran to where she was, I didn't care if it killed me but I was going to save her. I walked into where everything was and walked in, memories of before flooding back.
"El?!" I screamed.
"Ten!!" I heard her and she ran up to me. I hugged her and picked her up carrying her out because she was weak.
"Everything is Okay now" I smiled and we ran into the woods.
