Chp. 6

As soon as I decided to speak out my mind, Valerian's eyes widened as big as saucers. He put on a confused face just to make sure he heard correctly.

"Am I hearing right?", Valerian asked with a smirk. I giggled a little bit while my arms were wrapped around his neck as he held on to my waists.

"Yeah, Valerian. I'm pretty sure that you heard right. I will be yours. I will." His eyes were still as wide as saucers and smiling at the same time.

"Wow, (Y/N). I never thought that you'd say yes to that. I'm...so...", he never finished his sentence but I asked, "Your so what? If your truly happy, then say it."

Valerian looked back in my eyes and kissed me like no one's business. I guess he really was truly happy now that we're one.

After a small make out session, we flew to the nearest system on the charts. In fact, we had to go to there anyway. We flew the ship to Alpha: the City of a Thousand Planets.

Valerian got a call on his intercom and answered, "Hello?"
I looked to the side and mouthed, "Who is it?"

Valerian mouthed back, "The Commander in Chief." My eyes lit up in surprise. I mouthed back, "What does he want?"

Valerian didn't look back and I waited for my response. Valerian and the Commander spoke for a little over 10 minutes and hung up.

Valerian and I kept it silent for a moment. Valerian faced me and smiled. He was kind of freaking me out because all he did was smile and stare at me without saying a single word.

I kept asking, "Valerian, what is it?! What did he say?!"

"(Y/N), get ready, we're going to training soon!" My lips turned into a small scream of joy as we had a small celebration.

We both hugged for a while and went to the simulator for our little celebration as we are starting to become, 'soon-to-be future agents!
