Last Jedi

I saw it. Like in December but I wanted to post it with Rebels. But we are waiting till February. Curse you Dave. Curse you! Anyway the movie was amazing. I loved every second of it. Ps. Spoilers.

First off, it was different. I love that. It was unlike every other movie in the saga. I can't wait to see what they do next especially with the Han Solo movie and episode 9. I am going to see both for sure. With marvel's black panther and infinity wars. That's going to be epic.

Anyway, let's discuss Luke. He is awesome. Him throwing the lightsaber behind him. Pure genius. Then him reluctant to train Rey was huge and at the end with his character growth. Couldn't have expected better. Then this line:

"Everything you said in that sentence was wrong."

My new favorite quote after of course:

"I love you."

"I know."

That's what I want for my love story. No need to explain Star Wars references. Anyway. At the end, the blasters coming at him then him brushing his shoulder was amazing. Wish he said, "You missed." But life isn't perfect. Anyway, the references at the end were so perfect. The two suns then disappearing into nothing. I loved it. He died with closure and he will come back as a force ghost to pester Kylo again or to help Rey and Leia. We'll find out.

Rey. Rey Rey Rey. Love her. She was super amazing. The part of the force is used to lift rocks then at the end she lifts rocks. I was laughing so hard. Then the part when to reach out. I would do that.

"Reach out." Luke

*hand flys forward while sitting down*

*Luke puts a leaf out for her to feel*

"I feel something." Rey

"Yea. You feel something." Luke

*Luke smacks her hand and we all laugh*

"Oh you meant mentally." Rey

"Yea." Luke

Loved it. Then her in the Millennium Falcon was so cool. She was great and with the fighting with Kylo. Was epic. Just epic. No words to be spoken.

Ships. Not spaceships but the things that formed and sunk during the movie. Is it horrible that I still ship Rey with Finn? Is it? Cause I still do. I also ship Rey and Poe. And Rose and Finn. But I prefer Finn and Rey. Don't hate me please. Anyway, I think Kylo has a crush on Rey but I could totally be wrong. Anyway what are your thoughts?

Also, Poe. The growth was perfect. He learned what he needed to learn and it was just perfect. You can't always fight out of it. It is sometimes better to leave.

The fact that Finn and Rose mission failed was a great way of showing not everything is going to work how we want it to. This was a side of the rebellion or resistance we haven't seen. Then at the end. This is what they got and they will make do. They're are Force sensitives in the universe that will become Jedi of the new generation.

That woman. Vice Admiral Holdo. That whole part with the hyper speed  was perfect. I whisper yes in the quiet theater since it was that perfect. I knew it was going to happen but still amazing. I was crying tears of sadness and joy. She was the biggest hero there and RIP.

The little creatures were so cute and there were only there to give interaction to Chewy. But still cute. Their eyes wheb chewy was about to eat their own. So cute!!!

Then the whole Snoke part was just so perfect. Kylo you did it so awesome then you had to ruin it with your conquest of power. That jerk. I was starting to like you. I loved how Snoke just narrated his whole death. Thank you for that by the way. Then the lightsaber scene was so cool. But in the end, Kylo won't be redeemed and Rey will continue to be a badass Jedi.

Anyway. The movie was just amazing. Kylo isn't going to be redeemed. And RIP Carrie Fisher and I thought she was going to die. But hey we will see her again in all her glory.

Can't wait for the next episode. Hopefully we get a trailer soon. Rebels. Someone is going to die and it will be Kanan I think. I will be heart broke.  Totally heartbroken. I will give up on my mental sanity. I will be in tears coming to School while my friends try to comfort me. No comfort could be given to heal it even. May the force be with you, always.
