I want to, but I cant...

Zoe's POV
It was the next day, me and Alfie had came to the conclusion that Evelyn had a 24 hour sickness bug. She was feeling much better today.

As I woke up and got Evelyn ready for school, and got myself ready I woke Alfie so he could see his baby girl go to school.

Alfie came running downstairs, all ready for the day.

"Goodmorning you too!" He smiles. He kisses me on the lips and then kisses Evelyn.
"Daddy I'm going to school!" Evelyn shouts excitedly.
"I know. Your a big girl now" Alfie smiles at her.
"Daddy can you come with me and Mummy?" She asks with puppy dog eyes.
"Well I do have loads to d-" I cut Alfie off with a cocked eyebrow.
"Sure sweetie" He smiles.

We all race to the car. I run behind in my leopard print heels.
Alfie picks Evelyn up and races with her to the car, Evelyn's head bobbing up and down as Alfie sprints.

"We won!" He yells.
"We won!" Echoes Evelyn.
I smile and play along.
"Oh damn it. Maybe as a prize Daddy can take you to McDonalds for your tea after school?" I give Alfie a cheeky smile.
"Will you Daddy?" She gives him a hopeful smile as we get into my mini.
I strap her in as Alfie sits in the front passenger seat.
"Yeah sure" he says connecting his phone to the music in the car.
I close her door and get into my side, closing the door and putting my seatbelt on.
"Yay a Toy and a McDonalds!" Evelyn screams with excitement.

We promised her if she was brave on her first day of school we would give her a new toy.

It was 10 minutes later and we pulled up outside of SouthDay Primary.
Me and Alfie got out the car, letting Evelyn out and walking her into her school.

We dropped Evelyn off at her room.
I bent down to her height and gave her a kiss.
Alfie gave her a kiss and we all had a group hug, wrapping her small arms around us.
"Bye pumpkin" Alfie smiles.
"See you soon my big princess" I smile, giving her, her lunch box.
"Bye Bye Mummy! Bye bye Daddy!" She smiles running away into the classroom.

We watch as she settles in and then we go to our meeting with the head teacher and then leave.

12:42pm.
Me and Alfie were both finishing uploading our videos.
We were sat comfortably on the couch. We were watching 'Keeping up with Kardashians' Alfie doesn't like it but he sits through it for me.

"Gorgeous, I want to know something" I ask keeping my eyes on my Mac. My hands started to sweat even asking this question was making me nervous.
"Yeah what's up?" He replies getting up and leaving into the kitchen.
"I was just thinking" I shout so he can here me from the living room to the kitchen.
"Yeah" he replies coming back with a tub of nuts.
"Well, I was thinking" I repeat.
"Zoe you just said that" he laughs, putting at least 8 nuts into his mouth.
"Well, Alfie, do you think we will end up having a sibling for Evelyn at some point?" I question avoiding eye contact.
"Zoe..." he sighs.
"Yeah?" I say still looking at my computer while editing.
"Look at me" he commands.
I do as told and look up at him.
"Yeah?" I ask.
"You know I want to give you everything you want right?" He says putting his mac on the coffee table.
He grabs the remote and pauses the TV.
"Yeah but" I get cut off by Alfie placing his hand on mine.
"And this is one thing I can't give you" Alfie whispers.
