Baby Princess ❤️

I couldn't believe what I saw.

My heart raced a million times. Alfie holds my hand tightly.
"EVELYN!!" I screamed, tears rolling down my face.
"Zoe..." Alfie whispers.
I look at him and see he is crying as well.
"Alfie...she's-she's- d-dead" I say as i check her pulse.

Evelyn had blood over her face, her skin white turning to blow slowly. Her doll was covered in blood from Evelyn's head. Her head was split open.

I gripped Evelyn's hand tightly, never wanting to let go.
"Evelyn don't leave us" I whispered.
"Give us a miracle! You have done it before! Come on Evelyn!" I cried, shaking like mad. I looked around and only 2 other children had mothers crying over them.
"Evelyn!" I cried.
I feel Alfie's arms wrap round my waiste. The other hand stroking Evelyn's bloody cheek.
Just then a tea falls on my neck of Alfie's.

"Come on Evelyn. You have awoken once before. Do it for daddy" Alfie whispers, looking for hope.

"Alfie save her!" I cry.
"Zoe she can't be saved" Alfie replied.
"She has to! She's my baby! My only child! The only child we can have together! Alfie please!!" I cried.

Alfie's POV
I looked at Zoe giving me puppy eyes, her eyes all red from crying, shaking like mad.
"Zoe I can't do anything" I whispered.
"Y-Yes you can" she tried to believe in me, but it was true. I couldn't.

It was horrible. Seeing our only child die. In this state.

"Alfie!" Zoe cried.
"Zoe calm down baby" a tear rolled down my face.
"Calm down?! Our child has just died don't tell me to calm down!" Zoe screamed, her eyes were like a water fountain now.
"We need to calm down. Look around us. There are 2 other children that are either dead or injured. We need to respect the others to have silence." I whispered.
"Yes but-" I interrupted.
"Zoe if Evelyn was here, she would want you to be okay. Would she not?" I say wiping the tears, trying to stay strong.
"Yes" Zoe says wiping her eyes.

She leaned down to Evelyn and hugged her. I leaned to hug her as well, we were covered in blood but we didn't care. This was our child. Our child was up stairs. We love you Evelyn.

"Evelyn, mummy loves you. Don't forget that. Your my baby girl, my little angel, my pumpkin pie. I will remember you every day. This day was going to happen some time. At least you got to live for a while first. I hope we have you the best life you could of gotten. Don't worry about us, we will cope, but we will have you everywhere. Your never forgotten" Zoe said, a tear rolling onto Evelyn's bloody head.

I grabbed hold of Evelyn's small, cold hand, giving it a kiss.
"I love you Evelyn, you will always be daddy's princess" I stuttered.

"Please leave the place safely using the ladder provided to exit" a voice said.

"Go Alfie" Zoe said.
Everyone began to leave.
"What?" I asked.
"Leave me here. I'm staying with Evelyn" she said.
"What? No! Zoe your coming. She will be okay. People will come and get her. I promise you she is in good hands" I whispered holding Zoe's hand.
She nodded slightly, giving Evelyn a kiss. I gave Evelyn a kiss.

We left, Zoe breaking down into tears as we left our baby princess behind. My heart felt as if someone was smashing it with a hammer.

As we got out of the plane we had to be checked for injuries. Me and Zoe were fine. However, a few hours later we got pulled into a room. Evelyn was there...

She was dead, but her body was lying on a stretcher with paramedics around her.
"Any last words" He asks us giving us her doll.
Me and Zoe walk up to her.
"We love you" we whispered, kissing her cheek. We gave her, her doll.

"I want this to stay with her until something happens with her body. Then we will take it." I gulp.
"Okay"

We watched as she got wheeled out and loaded onto the next plane to Brighton.

A few hours later we got the next plane to Brighton as well.

Today was too much.
