Malec- Life After [COMPLETED]

Morning

Alec POV
Alec woke up to the sound of his alarm ringing beside him. He lazily picked it up and put it off, he lay back down staring at Magnus who was still sleeping or so he thought

"Your staring" Magnus mumbled eyes still closed

"I'm gazing"

Magnus opened his eyes and moving closer towards Alec snuggling up against him.

"Do you have to go so early, how about another hour in bed?" Magnus yawned

"Because" Alec said chuckling "You don't want me to make a bad name for myself on my first day right?"

"I like bad" Magnus whispered seductively in Alec's ear.

"Oh ye" Alec said pushing Magnus onto his back and climbing on top of him "Like this" he whispered brushing his lips down Magnus' ear

"Dada" a baby's voice called ending their moment short.

"Duty calls" Alec said climbing off of Magnus and running out the door "Coming honey" Alec entered the twins nursery to see them both standing up in their cribs. Emma had her dummy in her mouth while Matt had his in his hand. "Hello, how's my little troubles this morning" Alec said tickling them both causing them to fall back in their cribs giggling and going crazy.

"Say 'Leave us alone Dada'" Magnus said coming up behind them. Emma gurgled at Magnus' presence.

"No you like it when Dada tickles you don't you" Alec said picking up Matt whilst Emma held out her arms to be picked up. Magnus instantly came to her side and picked her up in his arms.

They walked to the living room and Alec placed Matt down in his rocking chair and Magnus sat on the couch with Emma keeping an eye on Matt whilst Alec went to make their morning milk.

When Alec got back he gave Emma's her milk and picked up Matt so he was with everyone and gave him his milk whilst sitting on the couch. They're both able to hold the bottles up by themselves now, most of the time anyways.

"Are you gonna be okay with the both of them today, I mean I can stay?" Alec asked looking at Magnus

"Alec I told you we're gonna be fine, aren't we" Magnus said tickling Emma's armpits which caused her to giggle "See perfect. Plus I don't think you can miss a first day of something"

Alec smiled, his eyes brightening at seeing his daughter and the love of his life being happy, also his son who was in his arms who was now playing with his bottle and less of drinking of what it contains.

It took Alec about 45 minutes to get himself ready and organised, he could have done it in less time but he didn't want to leave. And that's exactly what happened, Magnus was standing straight looking directly down at Alec who was sitting on their bed holding the twins close to him.

"Alec you need to go, you're going to be late" Magnus said holding out Alec's bag for him

"I can't go"

"And why is that?"

"Because" Alec said while Magnus looked at him with an expression telling him to continue "I've never gone anywhere without these two for so long" he said pulling both Matt and Emma closer to his chest giving them both a kiss on the head

"Alec" Magnus said sympathetically sitting down at the end of the bed "its going to be alright"

"I know it is, its just I'm always with them. I never leave their side unless I have to, and that's only for about 20 minutes because I have to pop out to the store" Manus didn't say anything just listened "Look I know I'm being stupid-"

"No, not at all. Their you're little boy and girl, your their farther of course you wouldn't want to leave them. But there's no need to worry is there?" He said moving closer to the three pinching Matts cheek a little. Alec smiled and Magnus knew he's gotten through to Alec "yeah there's that smile we all love" Alec blushed slightly and looked down resulting in Magnus' laughing slightly "Now why don't we try and convince Dada that he has to go, and that when he gets back Papa will most likely have thrown his back out" That got a proper laugh out of Alec

"I love you" Alec said

"Yeah, yeah how couldn't you. Now give me these two mischiefs and get off your cute, little bit and go learn something" Alec did just that and ran out the bedroom. Magnus looked at the twins asking "When do you think he's gonna realise?" Just as he said that Alec came running back in

"Can't forget this now can I" he said holding up his bag. He gave Matt and Emma and Magnus all a kiss on the cheek and ran back out shouting back "I love you"

"We love you too, bye"

"Bye"

"Bye-bye" both the twins muttered to their Dad.
