Malec- Life After [COMPLETED]

Speeches

It was about 3:00 pm now and it was time for the party, and before the first dance family members got up and gave speeches. Jace went first;

"As the honorary brother and best man of Alec I have been ordered to give a speech, and oh Alec should of thought this through 'cause I'm gonna embarrass the hell out of him" he told everyone whilst looking at Alec "So the first time I met Alec was at the same time I met Izzy, we were about 9-10 something like that. And mom and dad brought me home and remember this was the first time meeting them so imagine my surprise when I walked through the door to see what looked like two girls" everyone laughed "Oh no that's not it I haven't finished, so when I walked in I was confused because I thought it was a boy and a girl and when I saw Alec let me just tell you he makes a beautiful young lady. He had the brown wig, the blue eye shadow, the red lips and cheeks, I was blown away completely. He freaked out completely and the best part is what Izzy said, she said why you freaking out your the one who wanted to play tea party" Alec sat there laughing looking back at that moment

"But seriously man I love you, and I'm so happy that your my brother. And Magnus thanks for putting a smile on his face. And I don't think I can end this without saying something about my new brother now can I" Magnus looked down scared of what was about to come out of Jace's mouth "You, me and Alec have always been best friends, I remember every memorable moment spent with the two of you. You guys are the best, and I'm not gonna get all sappy and say I'm glad I met you both, and I don't know what I'd do without you so don't tell anyone" they laughed "But truly you both are amazing together, you never give up on each other, you love each other no matter what, I'm happy for you both, congrats" Jace ended walking over to them as they stood and had a little group hug whilst everyone clapped

"Oh that was sweet but it's my turn now give me the mic" Izzy said when she came over taking the mic from Jace's hand as she walked up to the little stand and turned around and looked straight at Alec

"Hey brother" she said as everyone cheered and clapped as she curtsy's "So I'm Alec's little sister and I've obviously known Alec for my entire life, and I've known Magnus since he was about 12. I already had three brothers but by the time Magnus came along it was like I had 4 brothers, and let me tell you it was the worst. And since he came along I'd never seen Alec so happy. I remember this one night so clearly, it was August 5th 2014 and Alec walked in with a huge grin on his face" Both Alec and Magnus looked at each other remembering that special date as the day they had their first kiss "I can tell by the looks on your faces that you both know what I'm talking about, anyways all I knew about that night is that he was out with Magnus, that's all, but I couldn't explain how happy I was when I saw that smile on his face. And from then on it was smiles all day, and if someone would have told me then that I'd be standing here giving a speech at their wedding I don't think I would have believed them. But looking at you two right know I am so happy you found each other, and I'm thankful to be here at your wedding. And I guess I love you both" she said as she got off the stand and went to hug them individually giving them both a kiss on the cheek and telling them she loves them again.

Over an hour was spent on speeches, both pair of parents gave one, Raphael did as Magnus' best man, Clary gave a short and sweet speech among with other people from the family.

"Now if everyone will be seated it's time for the first dance" the man that was about to sing called from the stage.

Magnus and Alec made their way over to the middle of the dance floor, Magnus had his arms around Alec's neck whilst Alec brought him closer wrapping his hands around Magnus' waist. They didn't have to say anything to say that they love each other, they just held onto each other smiling, happy that this moment has finally come after waiting for so long. They might have been separated but they will always come back to each other no matter what, nor after how long, this moment will stick with them forever, and they will forever be each others soulmate and they will always stick by one another, and will always love each other. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you for reading, sadly this story is coming to its end there will probably only be one more chapter to come.
