Malec- Life After [COMPLETED]

Their Spot

Alec POV
It was now around 9:30am and I told Magnus that I had a surprise for him, and he's been trying to get it out of me but I held it in.

We were both upstairs in my old room getting ready.

"Alec how am I supposed to know what to wear if I don't know where I'm going" Magnus said

"We're gonna be outside, just wear something that you'll be comfortable in"

"Like that's gonna help" Magnus sighed

"Just get changed I'll meet you downstairs" I told him giving him a kiss on the cheek

I made my way down the stairs to see Jace playing with the twins on the floor.

"Hey" I said as I came into their view

"Wow, you look handsome, what's the special occasion" mom said standing up to get a better look at me

"I'm taking Magnus out for a hike somewhere " I simply told them

"Well I hope you guys have fun"

"Hey do my mind looking after them for a few hours" I asked Jace pointing at Matt and Emma

"Ye sure bro, we're gonna have so much fun aren't we" Jace said tickling Emma causing her to burst into a fit of giggles

"What's all this noise I hear down here" Magnus' voice sounded from behind me

"Well don't you look extremely handsome tonight too, just look at you guys" mom said with a smile

"Well we better get going before it gets too late, see you guys later, bye babies"

"Bye dada" they replied

"It's like they haven't realised I'm leaving either" Magnus said

"Well their having too much fun with me" Jace said dancing around with them both

"Bye papa"

"See there you go, can we leave now" I asked smiling

"Ye lets go" I took ahold of Magnus' hand as we walked out the door

We'd been walking for about five minutes now when Magnus started asking questions

"So where are we going?" He asked

"It's a surprise"

"Can't you give me like a little hint to keep me from exploding"

"Explode from what?" I asked chuckling

"Well you tell me, you bring me outside at this hour tell me you've got a surprise and not expect me to be excited and you don't even tell me what it is, you know I can't wait long for surprises" he said

"I know that's why I told you we were going somewhere like half and hour before we left because if I told you when we came here then you would have exploded"

"Wait you've been planning this surprise since before we came to Wales?" Magnus asked not knowing what to think

"Yeah"

"That's all you're gonna give me a 'Yeah'?"

"Yep now come on don't slow down" I smiled as he laughed

"I love you, you know that right"

"Love you too, but don't think that's gonna get you to know what I'm planning"

After walking for a few more minutes Magnus began to recognise where we were

"Babe stop, we, omg we haven't been here in years"

And he was right, we hadn't been to this spot since the twins were probably born. Right now we were staring at the trail that leads up to where Magnus and I had our first kiss, the spot only us two know about.

"I know"

"Omg this is the best surprise I could have asked for" Magnus said letting go of my hand and making his way up

I smiled at the sight of him making his way up, he looked so happy I loved it.

"Are you coming or are you just gonna stand there all day" Magnus said turning around to look at me

I ran up to him and wrapping my hands around his waist giving him a kiss on the lips. Until I slipped around him and got in front

"Are you coming or are you just gonna stand there all day?" I repeated his words back to him with a smile as I walked backwards as he ran to catch up
