Alec POV
It's finally the weekend, Saturday the best day ever, no school, just me and my family. Alec was laying in bed with Magnus' head on his chest holding him close letting him sleep.

We found out who ended up getting chosen for the case on Tuesday when we sat down, and let me tell you it took a while.

"So I've chosen the five that will be joining me in a case next week, and I do hope that the rest of you that have not been chosen don't feel offended" Mr.Smith told the class, he began reading off of a paper that he had "first person is.....Jamie" a kid from the front cheered I'm guessing that's Jamie "the second student I have chosen is Michele" then he called out a girl named Jemma, and after that there was only two spots left and Will and I looked at each other and gave one another reassuring looks "Um....Will you will be the fourth" me and Will looked at each other and I congratulated him. Oh no only one spot left now, "And lastly is.........Alec" I was so happy, but of course I kept all that inside not wanting to make a fool myself in front of the whole class.

I was pulled out of my day dream by soft, warm lips touching my cheek. I smiled turning on my side to look at him, into his deep cat-like eyes that I love.

"Morning" Magnus sighed yawning slightly

"Morning" Alec said placing a quick peck on Magnus' lips as they do, well usually do every morning. "So what's the plan today?" He asked intertwining his fingers with Magnus'

"Well, I thought that we could maybe go down to the park, feed the ducks, a picnic maybe" Magnus said

"That sounds great, but right now let's just stay here until we get interrupted" Alec said turning around so Magnus can snuggle him closely. They stayed like like for a while, just talking until a phone rang. It was Alec's, he leaned over to reach his phone getting a groan out of Magnus.

"Hello?" Alec said as he answered the phone

"Hey, it's Jace"

"Jace" Alec said to Magnus, he took the phone out of Alec's reach and put it up to his ear

"Hey blondie there better be a good reason for you to be calling this early" Magnus said

"Magnus it's almost 10am" Izzy's voice broke through

"Izzy?" Magnus said

"Wait Izzy. Put it on speaker" Alec said "And I agree with Magnus, so why are you phoning this early?"

"Well we just thought because it's been like 2 months since we've seen you guys face to face we can come over for a visit" Izzy said

"Well jo be honest, the only reason we moved to New York was to hat away from you guys" Magnus said jokingly

"Too bad for you then" as Jace said that the doorbell went which caused the babies to wake up crying "I hear crying what happened"

Magnus stood up and left the room still phone in hand not bothering to change, wearing just his underwear. Magnus went to answer the door while Alec went to the nursery, when he got there he ended the call and opened the door which revealed not only Izzy and Jace but the whole group. Magnus leaned against the doorframe and groaned.

"How far do we have to move to get you guys from following us" Magnus jokingly said hugging everyone one by one "ohh I've missed you all" He told them.

"We missed you too bud" Raphael said

"Come in"Magnus said gesturing them inside. As Magnus closed the door Alec came round the corner with the twins in his arms. Once they both saw who was here they held out their arms

"Hello honey, how's my little niece and nephew" Izzy said holding out her arms but Emma leaned forward first.

"Oh don't worry little man, uncle Jace is here, and let me tell you we are going to have a ton of fun together" He said taking Matt from Alec's arms and heading for the couch.

"I am not letting you teach my son anything" Alec told Jace

"Well if I'm not going to teach him how to be.....well awesome then who will" Jace said

"His father" Alec said sitting beside Jace

"Of course you will" Jace said

"While you guys do that, Clary and I can teach fashion to this little one. I mean guys what's she wearing?" Izzy said directing to the baby grow she had on that had 'I SPARLKE' on the front

"I think it's adorable, and so is she" Simon said

Magnus came back from the kitchen with 2 bottles of milk and gave them to Izzy and Jace to feed the twins. They both took them, and while Izzy had it all down Jace sat there with no clue.

"Jace??" Simon said "You do know how to feed a baby don't you?"

"Of course I do" he said laying Matt down to rest on his arm putting the top to his lips.

"No,no,no" both Magnus and Alec said in unison

"What?" Jace pulled away

"He's 1 Jace he can hold the bottle with a little help you don't have to stuff it down his throat you'll choke him to death" Alec said taking Matt and just letting him sit on his lap while holding the bottom of the bottle. "See that's better"

"So how's everything going?" Clary asked them

Magnus and Alec looked at each other then the twins and smiled "Its all been great, the best" Magnus said

"Yeah" Alec said with a glint of sadness in his eyes "You know each day, I see more of Lydia in them" he said brushing Matt's hair to the side and kissing his head. A tear slid down Alec's cheek and I guess Emma realised it cause she got concerned.

"Dada urt"

"No, no honey Dada's not hurt. See all better" Alec said wiping away the tear

She giggled and went back to her milk, Magnus stood up and sat next to him placing a hand on his leg reassuring him it's okay.

"I forgot what Lyd's laugh sounded like, it's exactly like Emma's" Izzy said

"You should See her trying to run, falling over every time. But she always get back up, just like her mom" Magnus said

"And Matt has that adorable smile that Lydia had" Jace said

"Yeah, even though she isn't here she'll never be forgotten" Alec said.

I know it was a terrible ending but I didn't know how else to close it. But hope you liked it the next chapter will be out soon. Thank you xx
