The bell had rung mere seconds ago and students were already flooding out of the building. It was Friday and that meant that most of them had successfully survived the first week of school. It wasn't long until Youngbin walked out of the building accompanied by Jinhwan. They had seemed to move past what happened in the cafeteria the first day and were getting along well as friends. Youngbin was glad to not have to talk about what he had said. Until he was hit by the question again.

"You know, you never answered my question. Am I hotter than Somin?" Jinhwan asked. Youngbin scratched the back of his neck before sitting down under the tree.

"Hard to say. You look nice in certain angles, Somin glows all of the fucking time." Jinhwan sat down across from him and shrugged.

"If I recall correctly, I was told I was 'extremely hot. Like really, really, reeeeaaaallllyyyyy hot.'" Jinhwan rested his head in his hand, staring down the younger.

"But, have you seen Somin?" Youngbin laughed as Jinhwan rolled his eyes. More of the gang started to join them. Inseong and Jaeyoon were talking as if nothing ever happened, Dawon and Zuho were watching yet another vine compilation, and Hwiyoung and Rowoon were walking over.

"Hwi, where's Sunshine?" Dawon asked, finally looking up from his phone.

"He's at practice." Hwiyoung said, sitting down with Rowoon.

"Then I can only assume Chani is there as well." Rowoon nodded and pulled out his phone. Youngbin turned his attention back to the boy in front of him.

     "Dance team, ya know?"

Jaeyoom
Hey cutie

Insuung
Hey... muffin... face

Jaeyoom
That's the cutest thing i've ever heard

Insuung
Whatever, what's up?

Jaeyoom
Do you work tonight?

Insuung
No but I do tomorrow

Jaeyoom
Do you want to go somewhere with me tonight?

Insuung
What does that imply?

Jaeyoom
Let's go to the park. We can sit on the swings and eat shrimp chips until the sun comes up

Insuung
Sounds good to me

Jaeyoom
Delightful

Insuung
What time?

Jaeyoom
What time is it now?

Insuung
You're on your phone...

Jaeyoom
Well it's 5:38 now

Jaeyoom
Meet at 6:45?

Insuung
I'll bring a blanket

Jaeyoom
And I'll bring the chips

Knocking filled the room. It wasn't just a few hits, it was multiple loud thuds, one after the other. Hwiyoung forced himself out of bed and pulled the door open to reveal his sister. He groaned.

"Some cute guy is here." She said glancing back down the stairs.

"Dawon?" He asked, leaning against the door frame.

"I said cute." Hwiyoung shrugged and waved his sister away. He followed her down the stairs. He was quite surprised to see Taeyang talking to his mother. He was holding some flowers and a movie.

"Youngkyun-ah, there you are. I've been waiting here with your friend for the last hour and a half. Did you fall asleep again?" Hwiyoung rapidly shook his head. Of course he fell asleep but he didn't want them to know that (though it was very clear from the pajamas and messy hair).

"An hour and a half? I'm so sorry. Mom, this is my boyfriend, Taeyang." Taeyang's stomach flipped at being called Hwiyoung's boyfriend. He smiled and laughed a little.

"It wasn't an hour and a half. More like ten minutes at the most. And I've pretty much met your mom." Hwiyoung nodded before blusing slightly. Taeyang handed him the flowers. "I wasn't sure what you would like so I got these. Jasmine, narcissus, lavender, bellflowers, oh I'm sorry. I got a little carried away."

"They're beautiful." Hwiyoung examined the flowers. They really were stunning. "I'm going to put them in some water."

He rushed into the kitchen and filled a small vase. He set them in and set it by the sink. He stared at them for a little bit. The colors were bright and the slowly setting sun was coming in through the window, making them look as if they glowed. He walked back in to the living room.

"I also brought a movie. I probably should have warned you I was coming over."

"No, it's totally fine! Mom, we'll be upstairs." Hwiyoung said, taking Taeyang's hand.

"Alright, have fun. I'll call you when dinner is ready."

"Use protection!" Hwiyoung's face instantly burned up at his sister's words and Taeyang choked on his saliva.

     "MINA! SHUT THE HELL UP!"

"Listen to your sister!" His mom shouted after them as Hwiyoung tried to get up the stairs as fast as possible. When they finally made it, he couldn't stop apologizing to Taeyang.

"I'm so so so so so sorry. I don't know why she's like that or why my mom encourages it. She shouldn't have said that. I'm going to kill her for that." Hwiyoung said as he pushed open his door and stepped in. He looked around and realized how messy everything was. "Oh my gosh this place looks terrible. I'm so sorry. I should have cleaned. The place looks like a tornado hit it."

Taeyang wasn't sure if he was seeing the same room. Everything was in order. The only things that didn't seem to be in their perfect spot was the few papers on the desk, the school uniform that had been tossed on the chair by the bookshelf, and the blankets that had just been thrown back.

"This is... messy?" He asked looking around.

     "Isn't it?"

"Hardly. Well I hope you like Studio Ghibli." Hwiyoung's face lit up as he fixed the blankets. He gestured for Taeyang to sit down and took the movie from him. He put it on and sat down next to the other. Taeyang snaked his arm around the younger's waist who leaned his head on his shoulder in return. The opening scenes began, immersing them in the spirit world of the bathhouse.

i should be cleaning my room but IT'S CHANI DAY SO I HAD TO UPDATE IN HONOR OF MY PRECIOUS MANS. I'M SO HAPPY RN WOWOWOW. I watched the vlive they did this morning where Youngbin threw the matches and frosting got everywhere. It might just be one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

I finished this earlier in the day but didn't get a chance to publish it due to more... important (though I wouldn't say important because like I don't really care about them) matters I needed to attend to.

Also I just chose pretty flowers so i know they aren't native to the location, ignore it.

My sister went back to college yesterday and I didn't realize how much time we actually spent together until I woke up today. School should keep me busy, but I don't see myself doing very much on the weekends. ༼ಢ_ಢ༽
