Cafe - Hwitae

     Taeyang was standing near the door to the school, frowning as Hwiyoung had his head down and was doing something on his phone. He walked up to him and hugged him. He ignored the slight pain in his stomach where Hwiyoung's phone had hit him.

     "Jeez, you scared me." The younger said and stepped back.

     "Always pay attention to your surroundings." They began to walk side by side up to the building. "How has your morning been thus far?"

     "Nothing special. Much better now." Hwiyoung said, grabbing Taeyang's hand. The older smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek. They were silent in the hum of the students' voices. They found themselves outside of Hwiyoung's class. 

     "I'll see you at lunch." Taeyang said, looking into the younger's eyes. He smiled. Every time he looked at him, he felt butterflies in his stomach. He could feel his cheeks heat up.

     "Oh however will I make it until then." Hwiyoung said, giggling. He stepped forward slightly and wrapped his arms around the older.

     "C'mon. You need to get to class." Taeyang laughed. He slightly pushed the younger boy away and gave him a quick kiss. "I'll meet you before lunch and we can walk together. Is that better?"

     "I'm going to miss you." Hwiyoung said, throwing in a pout. Taeyang smiled and kissed him on the forehead.

     "It won't be long. I promise." He said, wrapping his arms around the younger. "I love you. I'll see you for lunch."

     "See you then."

     The two boys were sitting on the couch in Hwiyoung's living room. Taeyang was watching the movie they had put on, but Hwiyoung's mind was elsewhere. The older noticed this and frowned slightly. 

     "Shrimp Cakes, are you feeling alright? You seem out of it." He said, pulling Hwiyoung closer to him. He nodded slowly but then quickly shook his head.

     "Let's talk. There are things I need to tell you. Can we talk?" Hwiyoung asked. He messed with the hem of his shirt and took a deep breath.

     "Of course. What do you want to talk about?" Taeyang was beginning to worry. He took the other's hand. 

     "Okay, I'm going to tell you some things. Don't say anything until I say I'm done. Okay, it all starts when I was younger. I was close with my friends, always was. Chanho pointed out that I slowly started acting different. I didn't really know what he was talking about because to me everything was fine.

     "Then one day it wasn't. I started getting headaches. In the beginning I thought it was okay. People get headaches, things happen. I ignored it. Eventually it became constant. I spent a lot of time sleeping because even if they didn't go away, I wasn't conscious to deal with them. They only worsened over time. It became daily migraines.

     "I thought things would get better. I thought one day they'd stop. They didn't though. I began to hear these voices. They would tell me things, like I wasn't good enough. In the beginning, I'd ignore it. I knew it wasn't true. The only thing is, it was affecting me without me even realizing it. I began to mess up. I failed classes, I couldn't complete simple tasks. This voice telling me I couldn't do things, was preventing me from doing things. 

     "Chanho helped me through everything. He was the first one I told, the only one I told. He stopped leaving me alone. He was scared, I was scared. He was always with me. He always comforted me when it got bad. After awhile it stopped. He made them stop. 

     "Then I moved. I came here. I think Chanho might have told Youngbin about what happened in the past. Things were fine. I didn't need help. I was back to what I once was. Then everything happened and it all came back. It came back and it was so suffocating and I couldn't take it. That's when I told Chanho to come. He did. He helped me feel better. He always did.

     "He told me he loved me. He told me that he used to love me. Things changed. I had been with him my whole life. We talked a lot. That was the night you came in. When I said it was nothing, I meant it. It sounds stupid, but it was like... a goodbye to our feelings? I don't know, but it means nothing now.

     "He makes me happy. He always will. He'll never make me happy the way you do. You mean so much to me. I hope you know that. I'm sorry for not thinking about how everything affected you. I hope you know how sorry I am. I love you. Okay I'm done." Hwiyoung finished. He took in a deep breath and waited for Taeyang to say something.

     "First things first. I know you knew Youngbin from where you used to live, but he's lived here his whole life. What's up with that? I never truly knew." He finally said. 

     "Oh yeah. Well, every summer he would come visit family. They just happen to live right next to Chanho." Hwiyoung laughed. 

     "Okay, that makes sense. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I'm glad that you had people who were there for you and could make you feel better. I hope that I can be one of those people for you now. You mean everything to me. I want you to be happy." Taeyang said, squeezing Hwiyoung's hand. He gave him a quick kiss.

     "What did I do to get such a wonderful boyfriend." Hwiyoung said, smiling. Taeyang just laughed. "I'm being serious! Why are you so sweet? I'm glad I got you before anyone else did."

     "Oh, my love. We were made for each other."

hello loves! i'm sorry to say that this may be ending soon (maybe 55). i can't say i'm getting bored with writing this story, but i don't know how much more i can write without feeling like i'm dragging things out. i want to thank you all so much for your support. it means the world to me, honestly. as of writing this we are at 9.3k and thinking about it makes me want to cry because i didn't think i'd ever get this far. you all mean the world to me. i'd hate to throw in some self promo... but you guys should read some of my other stories. i'm currently working on my wooyu fic (as well as some others) so if you guys like pentagon, i hope you will read it.

please recommend some fics you guys like. i'll read anything.
also i know some of you are into music like all time low and stuff. have you heard of with confidence? there was some stuff that happened with them not too long ago but now they'll be at warped and i'm vv excited. you should listen to Here For Nothing.
