Chapter 12

After school we got our bags from the gym office as normal, and I saw Clark talking to Faith.

"So Faith, have you talked to Clide yet?"
"Not since I found out he likes me."
"Why not? Do you like him?"

I butted in once again.

"I bet she thinks he's sexy, and she knows it!"
"No I don't! I mean, he's cute."
"Oh! Clide!"
"No Taylor! Don't bring him over here! Man to late he's coming."

Clide came over with his red bad to his side.

"Yep? Oh hello Faith."
"Don't play dumb. I know you like me."
"Yea I do but it depends."
"On what?"
"If you like me, then I will like you."
"So it depends on my decision?"
"Yea pretty much."
"Oh whale then."
"Whale? Ha, that's what I like about you."
"Well I do like you."
"Yes!"

He ran out to the locker rooms pounding his fist into the air.

"So why didn't you just say that you like him when me and Autumn told you in the cafeteria?"
"I didn't know what to do so I just ran away like a idiot."
"Wow, you don't say?"

When I got in the car I took my phone out of my pocket. I texted Autumn to meet me by my car. My dad bought me a car when I turned 15. Yeah he's not that safe when it comes to manly things.

"Hey Autumn. I need to talk to you."
"Yea? is this going to be bad?"
"No, don't worry. Your to great to have anything bad done to you. I was wondering if you wanted to come for dinner."
"Yea. Can you drive me?"
"No, you can walk. Just kidding babe get in."
