I was carrying my newly wedded wife to my apartment, when I saw she was crying.

"What's wrong Autumn?"
"Why do things go so fast?"
"You know, I don't know but right now I'm glad that I ended up with you. That's all I've ever thought about. I guess I never really cared as long as I was with you."
"I love you Taylor. Like, really love you."
"I know."

I swung her onto the couch were we kissed. It felt like we were honestly high. This was mostly because my feet would swing from the couch If I was high enough in the couch.

"Morning sweetie."
"Morning Taylor. Did we sleep on the couch? Well dang it, I'm going to have a neck cramp."
"Massage my good Madame?"
"Oh why of course, my good sir."

I was never the greatest massager, but the whole time my head was to the right of her looking at her when I would massage her. I love this woman. But when I would think of how long I've loved her. Six years. Six whole years were we have never fought, just laughed. Not even taunted, Just played. Baseball was important In my life and was going to be till I grew up but she was all I ever needed. I didn't need anyone to know my name, someone to watch me play on tv, because if that happened I wouldn't get to spend as much time with Autumn. I'm so glad Autumn came into my life because baseball is a thing of the past with all my friends. My best friend is right her on the couch with me. We are going to start a family with baseballers, softballers, and lovers. I'm going to show my kids how to 'love' someone instead of loving something. Yea. I've got it down. My life has been a five star success. That's all I've wanted to hear instead of it on my baseball card.
