As soon as Taehyung arrived back up in his office, he finally could let his guard down. He slid down onto the floor with the door behind his back and broke out in tears. He just suddenly felt so overwhelmed with his feelings that he couldn't control himself anymore; the more he thought about his precious mother and the thought of her may passing soon, the harder he started to cry. He tried not to be too loud for anyone passing to hear, but he still cried into his sleeves.

When he finally managed to calm down, he just sat still on the floor, staring out the window at the sky, but after remembering talking with Jeon Jungkook earlier and how calming it felt to be in his presence, he got back up on his feet and stared out the window to the restaurant across the street; he didn't see anything at first and just as he was about to turn around and return to his desk, he spotted Jungkook by one of the windows.

The male seemed to be taking an order from a table by the nearest window. Although it wasn't a clear view, Taehyung still enjoyed seeing him. He just admired viewing him without being afraid he'd get caught.

"What are you doing?" Namjoon asked as he saw how the other was just staring out the window with a soft smile, which startled him as he didn't hear his friend enter the room.

"No - nothing," he stuttered as he took a quick glance before he sat down by his desk.

Namjoon glanced out as well, spotting what Taehyung seemed to be staring at before. "Can I ask you something?"

Taehyung felt nervous by his sudden question and immediately felt uncomfortable, but still nodded.

"Do you, perhaps, fancy him?"

Taehyung felt taken aback and decided to play dumb. "Who?"

"The owner of the Gochi Gojyeo? What's his name, Jeong Jongoo?"

"Jeon Jungkook," Taehyung corrected him, almost annoyed that his friend got it wrong.

Namjoon smirked at his reaction. "So, do you?"

"N - no," he denied. "I don't even know him well. How could I fancy him?"

Namjoon shrugged. "I don't know, maybe something like, love at first sight?"

"What?" Taehyung snapped, startling both himself and his friend. "I mean, no? What makes you think that?"

"I don't know, I just get the feeling. You just haven't stopped talking about him ever since your first encounter with him, and you even told me to be brew the coffee differently than I usually do when serving it this morning when he'd get his morning coffee, and you even stare at him through the window."

"I - I wasn't staring at him," Taehyung lied embarrassed.

"Sure," Namjoon said, not believing him at all. "Then what about the coffee?"

"It's just that, that first morning when he ordered it, that was the first day I bought these new beans that can be brewed differently, so I just decided to try it rather than usual, and since he enjoyed the coffee and decided to come the next day, I could tell he really liked it and so I continued. So when I wasn't able to be here this morning, I knew you wouldn't brew it that way - " Taehyung stopped himself for continuing. "...dammit."

"What? You realised yourself?"

"Fuck," Taehyung kept cursing. "This can't be happening."

"What can't happen? That you fancy him?" Namjoon asked as he took a seat on the opposite chair. "Tell me, Taehyungie, is it really that bad? You can just ask him out, and if it doesn't go well, then you know you don't fit together and can move on. It doesn't have to continue like this where you guys play around blindly."
