I had to do what was best for the group and as much as it hurt me to do so, I continued running through the hallway. Until I turned a corner and saw Carl and Lori run into a room on the left side of the hallway and shut the door behind them. I ran to catch up with them. I had no idea what that room leads to. It could be miles of more hallways and tunnels that I could lose them in.

Once I reached the door I banged my fists on it. I screamed, kicked, and hollered for them. "Lori! Carl! Open the door! It's me, Luna! Open the door!" Eventually, the door opened and Carl let me inside. He was holding a small handgun, and Lori was yelling. "What's wrong? Are you bit? What happened? Where are you bit?" I panicked and grabbed Carl by the shirt and pushed him behind me.

"The baby is coming." She told me, in between heavy breaths. "The baby is coming now."

I shake my head, my hands shaking at my sides a bit. "Well we have to make it to out cell block to get Herschel so you can have th-" Carl started to panic.

"No, we can't risk getting caught out there. She is gonna have to give birth to the baby here." I told Carl.

Lori began hyperventilating and grunting as the labor pains grew worse and worse. I've never had a baby so I don't know what it's like but by the look of Lori I can't say it looks pleasurable. "What's wrong can't she breathe?" He asked as she was breathing fast in and out.

"It's okay she will be okay, Lori lets get your pants off." I helped her lay down on the ground and I pulled off her jeans.

"I've got to push, I've got to push," Lori said between breaths. She slowly rose to her feet and gripped a pipe on the wall.

I nod my head, holding my hands out to her. "Your body knows what to do, let it work." I checked to see if she was at least crowning but what I saw instead was not good news. She was bleeding. Badly. "Lori stop! Don't push anymore! Something's wrong!"

Se began to scream loudly. I helped her lay back down on the ground. At this time she was slipping in out of consciousness. Carl kneeled down next to her on the ground. "Mom... Mom look at me. Mom keep your eyes open." He told her as he held her hand.

I shake my head, starting to freak out. "We have to get you back to Herschel," I said and started to put her pants back on.

She's pale as all Hell. "I'm not going to make it." She faintly whispered.

"Lori with this amount of blood I don't even think you're fully dilated yet. No amount of pushing is going to help."

"I know what it means. And I'm not going to lose my baby. You've got to cut me open." She looked straight in my eyes.

I froze up. "...No, I can't."

Lori looks at me. "You don't have a choice."

"I'll go for help!" Carl got up and headed towards the door.

"NO!" Lori yelled to him.

Carl stopped and turned to face his mother full of blood on the floor. "Lori I can't! I don't know how! I have no anesthetic, I have no equipment!" I pleaded with her.

"Carl has a knife." She insisted.

"But you won't survive..." I choaked.

"My baby has to survive...Please. My baby has to survive! For all of us, Please. Luna Please!"

I can't. I don't know if I can do this. I can't just kill her. I've already killed another person before. I don't know if I can live with the blood of Rick's wife on my hands.

What would Rick think of me? What if she says I should have brought her to Herschel? What if the baby doesn't make it and we lose both of them? Then what do I tell Rick? This baby deserves to live. But so does Lori. She doesn't deserve this kind of ending.
