There are days where I forget what this world is like and revert to the old one. It'll be one of those days or just happen in the middle of the day where I'll turn to talk to Caleb but he isn't there. I do that a lot and normally catch myself on the matter. Days where I slip up I'm not so proud of, saying his name out in front of the group or when it's just Daryl and I or I'll go to call out to Jess and forget that she's not here either.
A pair of lips presses soft kisses along my neck and I feel myself being stirred awake from my peaceful sleep. The scruffy beard tickles, causing goosebumps to form all over my skin. I open my eyes lazily and look towards the cell walls as he continued to kiss me, his body pressing against mine. "Alright, I'm up." I murmur tiredly as I turn in the bed to face him.
His beautiful blue eyes look into mine as he pulls me tightly against him, my chest against his, "Morning." He mumbles before his lips begin to kiss along my collarbone.
I lay beside him in a black tank top and a pair of sweatpants. "Good morning." I moan, my fingers tangling in his hair and my head falls back, my eyes closed in bliss. "I love waking up like this." I murmur as his hands moved along my torso.
"I love waking up next to you like this. One of my favorites sights." He says, his dark eyes looking at me with lust.
I chuckled, "Of course you only want me for my body."
He smirks against me. "Well, it's definitely one of the reasons." He says, placing a kiss on my lips.
My fingers knot in his hair as I kiss him, our breathing becoming heavier. Just as things begin to really heat up someone interrupts us from behind the curtain over the door. "Come on you too, time to get up! We got that run later Luna!" I hear Glenn call through the sheet.
Daryl pulls back in frustrate and turns to the door, "Yeah, we'll be out in a minute." He turns back to me, pressing a kiss to my lips before standing up, me following him as we both get dressed.

"Be careful," Daryl told me as he helped Glenn and I ready the car. I looked to him, placing a kiss on his lips with a small smile.
I pull on a black button up jacket that I had while my leather jacket was being cleaned. "Always am," I said, pulling back and looking to Glenn, who was getting in the driver side. "I gotta go," I said, placing another quick kiss on his lips. "We'll be back."
I got in the passenger side and Glenn and I headed out with one of the cars to a downtown area. There were a few stores there that we had not checked yet for supplies. Hopefully, there would be somewhere we could find some baby rash ointment and powder. We might as well stock up on formula, water, diapers and anything else we get our hands on while we can. This way we would not have to make another run out to town for at least a week or two.
We searched through the stores, filling up two small shopping baskets full of supplies. We found several tubed of cream for her rash, a couple of bottles of powder and a bunch of formula. There were even small toys we found laying around one of the convenient stores there. "We hit the baby formula jackpot!" Glenn cheered. He carried two more baskets with him, full of supplies.
I smile at him, clapping my hands sarcastically. "What else did you find?" I asked.
"I also found beans, batteries, cocktail wieners, and some other stuff. It's about a 30-minute ride back to the prison from here, straight shot. We could probably make it back in time for dinner." I looked down at my watch. It was almost 1 o'clock in the afternoon. We had been out here all day looking for supplies. We got a lot, but we spent a lot of time out here really digging through the rubble to find it.
