Take a deep breath. Close Your Eyes.

Feel the oxygen flow into your mouth. Feel it flow slowly, through your whole body. Keep it in. Then let it out, slowly. Take another breath.

Don't shout, don't scream. Don't fight. Let it be. Resist, Inside. Hope it ends quickly. Hope the pain leaves. Take the hits. They'll regret it. One day.

Stand up. Don't give them the satisfaction of seeing you cry. Grab your bag. Walk away. Don't look back. But look up. Smile. It may be fake, but it will help.
