Melissa was an average girl. Well average except for one thing her parents were dead and she was all alone.
That is until the unexpected happened and Melissa's life turned upside down...
It's Monday morning, which means back to school. My alarm goes off at 7:15, and I roll out of bed, and pad across my room still quite sleepy to my closet. After rubbing my eyes for a minute, I swing open the closet doors, and turn flipping on the light stepping entirely into the room. Blinking a couple of times, to get used to the bright light, then go to the corner where the small pink box is. I look up at it, but I don't grab it. Instead, I reach around it, and grab my pair of black ankle converse. After grabbing them, I then go over and pick out my black sliced denim jeans, and then pick out my red tank-top. (see image below) I shut the light off, and exit the closet. After setting my clothes on the bed, I enter my bathroom, and start my shower. When I get out, it is 7:45. I quickly get dressed, then walk over to my vanity, and put on some eyeliner, mascara, black lipstick, and black eye shadow (she has clear skin, so doesn't need foundation). After finishing my makeup, I dig through my jewelry box, and grab my black and white spiral studs and put them on, and then put on my band bracelets, as well as a couple other miscellaneous ones. I double check the time, and see that I have 20 minutes to spare before I need to leave, so I decide to be creative, and paint my nails a crimson red to match my outfit.
After my nails were dry, and it was time to leave, I walk over to my closet, and pick out a black hoodie, and slip it on. Then, I walk over to my night stand, and unplug my phone from the charger and slip it in my pocket. Grabbing my stuff by the door, I feel like I am forgetting something so I do a slow circle around the room, until my eyes land on my headphones. I run over and grab them, and check the time realizing I need to get going. I then race down the stairs and get in my jeep then start my way to school.
